Your latest post was very eye-opening because since forever i have been a very possessive person with just about everything in my life: objects, people, even concepts. So to think that i own nothing and everything at the same time is very freeing but also very scary because of my extreme attachment to my things. I feel attached to my appearance, my circumstances, the stuff i own, everything. Sometimes, i catch myself wishing things were permanent and indestructible because just the thought of losing that attachment is dreadful. Now, i know thats not a me thing, i know everybody has at least a little bit of this possessiveness in them, but i really go to extremes. i have had multiple professionals tell me im way too attached and dependent on external things. And all this is to tell you that when i read your text, i really understood why im so persistent about not going within, and im very grateful that you posted it. Thank you, and sorry for rambling đ”âđ«
Omg I was just thinking of answering asks what a coincidence I finally got one! I get what you mean I used to be possessive too always trying to win people over and keep them around, desiring to be perfect physically and mentally and worrying what âotherâ people thought of me, which is funny now because if people are judging me itâs just them judging themselves. Donât be hard on yourself if you still have the habit of desiring just remember separation doesnât exist. đ«¶đŒ
You donât own/have things. You are the screen on which the things appear, you give them life. Yeah the body appears to have things but even the body disappears and appears on the screen of consciousness so does it have things when youâre not conscious of it? Can you really HAVE a partner, a house, a car, or are you the screen on which they appear whenever you âwake upâ? Where is the you to have things? Are you really located inside the brain or is that a figment of your imagination? (You have to imagine yourself being inside the brain) What exactly can the screen of Consciousness want?
All concepts like getting, owning, having, and being things are of the mind. This goes for things you think you already have too, so you donât HAVE a shitty life or HAVE a heavenly life. No need to take ownership of anything you donât want because you already donât own đ©. You can say the body owns things if you want to but remember itâs just a storyline for your character to feel real.
The solution to all my problems was realizing that I am the solution. It was also accepting that problems, circumstances and everything that stands between me and my desires are nonexistent. Was it easy to accept such a relief? No, at least not for me. In all these years, struggle was my comfort. So no, feeling relief wasn't easy. Struggling kept me alive, it gave me purpose. The problems in my life, they were like missions I had to complete. It took me years to let go of struggle. It took me years to stop myself from creating problems. Not because it was difficult, but because I didn't want to let go of it. Because what would happen if I've let my self feel relieved for once? What would I entertain in my mind then? What could I fix then, if nothing ever needed to be fixed? What would I simply do in this life? The answer is, I would simply be. I forgot so quick that I am pure consciousness having a human experience and love is my nature. How beautiful is that?
The law opened my eyes. It showed me that my inner world can be shaped by me only. And I can shape it with love. It showed me how sacred my imagination is. I can have everything here. I want a new nose? I have it. I want to be confident? I am it. I want to go to Italy? I am in Italy.
You know, there was a time where I didn't even want to imagine the things I wanted. I was getting mad when I read posts where bloggers would say things like "you just have to imagine. You want something, go within and imagine your end." It would stress me so much I can't tell you how mad I would get. But why? Why did I feel this way? Why was I so hopeless and desperate? Let me tell you why, my love: I did not see imagination as reality. But not only that. I imagined to get. I did not see whatever I did or claimed in imagination as the end. I saw it as the start. I saw it as something I have to activate in my mind, and then it would show up in my 3d. Of course I would get mad to imagine what I want! There are two things you have to accept: Consciousness is the only reality and creation is finished. So when you imagine, you are experiencing/having/being it and you are done, that was the end, you have it/ are it now. How does that make you feel? Can you accept that or are you still not okay with that? If not, is it maybe because you are still expecting something when you imagine? Do you still hope to get something?
But what? I've said it before and I say it again: If you want something in the outer world, achieve it with your outer self. Imagination has nothing to do with the outer world. You are not imagining to trigger or activate something to finally experience it in the 3d. Please understand that. You are also not creating, because creation is finished. When you imagine and you have thoughts like "is this possible? I think this is so much. How would that even happen it seems a little unrealistic." then I want to ask you something: What are you doing, my love? Why would it be impossible? Why would it be unrealistic? And why are you thinking about the "how"? "How" what? It's about experiencing!!! It's about feeling what you want to feel and being who you want to be IN IMAGINATION! Put the 3d out of equation, please. You will only suffer. Imagine purely for enjoyment. Nothing else.
This is how you become your own solution. You see something in the 3d you don't like? Do not accept it. You don't have to. Go inwardly and experience your happy end. Just experience it in your imagination. You are not doing, hoping or getting, you just want to feel what you want and that's it. And when it shows up in the 3d (which it will wether you care or not) it will be quite ordinary. Because in imagination, your desire became a fact. You no longer desire. You no longer crave the materialization of that feeling.
Let's say you want to manifest a penthouse. Before you read this post, you probably had doubts manifesting one. You probably worried about the how and when. Maybe you wanted to use imagination as a way to manifest that penthouse into your 3d. But after reading my post, you know that misusing imagination to get the penthouse in the 3d is pointless and focusing on the how and when would only contradict your state. Now, the penthouse on its own has no meaning. If the penthouse had no worth or meaning why would we want one? We want the feelings that come with owning a penthouse. The feeling could be freedom, it could also be wealth or privacy. Or happiness or even responsibility. If you want to use visualization as a method, you could look up for cute pictures of penthouses. It's not really necessary because you imagine for fun not to attract anything so you don't have to visualize every little corner of that penthouse (unless you want it. It's literally your choice. You do what you want to do in your inner world). In this world of imagination, you don't need anything. It's not about making the scenes perfect. It's about fulfilling yourself. Do that by giving yourself all these feelings that you WANT to feel. I want you to take all the meaning and feeling out of that penthouse and fulfill it within. Give it to yourself in imagination. Don't forget who you are, you are god of your inner world. There is nothing you can't have in your inner reality. Every thing in your reality is so small compared to you. So everything that you do in your imagination feels good and when you imagine your penthouse, it would be weird not to feel good. I mean why would you feel bad? You simply enjoy imagining what you want which would be a penthouse in this case.
Okay, let's say you imagined what you want then looked around and asked "well, where is it then? I can't see it! It's not working.". First of all, you are misusing your imaginative power and why would you say that you can't see it? It's not about seeing, my love. It's about feeling and being what you want. And if you are feeling and being who you want to be, then it has worked, because the whole purpose of imagination is to feel fulfilled. Do you see, my love? The 3d has no place in this process, it has no role. By the time your desire has materialized, you have moved on because the penthouse came totally alone, you already took its worth and meaning and fulfilled it within.
This is what we mean when we say to only change self. It's all about you. Remember, nothing in imagination is impossible. It's your safe space, your creative power. If you feel desperate imagining than a) you don't imagine what you want e.g. you imagine negative things that make you feel bad or b) you imagine to get sth in the 3d meaning you're postponing the feeling.
I hope that you slowly get why in imagination, circumstances and problems are nonexistent. I mean, you can still make imagination your own personal hell if you want to but now you know that you don't have to. Looking back, I find it so surreal that as GOD, I chose to make my inner world suffer so much. But if I can decide hell, I can also decide heaven. I can decide love.
And so can you, my love.
hi everyone! today I wanna talk about how we create false gods in our lives, how that harms us, and the importance of directing our focus! this is a topic that has been on my mind recently as I think it is foundational to everyone who wants to work on their mindset, mental diet, and manifest better life outcomes.
table of contents
1. ways we create false gods in our lives
2. the harm of false idolisation and victimisation
3. the power of focus and attention
p.s: I do believe in god but I believe this post is still helpful from an loa/spiritual persective. so, with that being said, let's discuss!
âż part 1: ways we create false gods in our lives
I'd say there two main ways we do that: making ourselves smaller and making others bigger.
when we make ourselves small, we victimise ourselves becoming paranoid about the world and thinking that others have this special advantage over you. I see this a lot in the loa community where some believe that others have some kinda special knowledge and power that they don't posses, when in reality it is just them being more disciplined, more consistent, and more trusting of loa.
it could also be about feeling insignificant in the face of your circumstances. like thinking that the 3d (physical reality) is what is ruling your life and not ur mind. also believing in conspiracies and secret society theories or ideas that are designed to instill fear within you, making u think that someone is out there to get you.
as for making others bigger in your mind, this happens a lot in celebrity and fan culture when you start seeing them as more than human. also when you idolise other people's attention (for example: analysing others behavours around you and ruminating over negative meanings of it). and also you pay wayyyy too much attention to other peopleâs lives like your peers and worrying too much about competition, not realising that there's no competition when you are your own life's creator.
essentially, when you start worrying/thinking too much about something or someone outside yourself, you have formed a false god in your mind.
âż part 2: the harm of false idolisation and victimisation
so what's the harm in that? well first, it is such a waste of time and energy on something that won't serve you. also it will only create unnecessary worry and anxiety within your mind. you start to see yourself as powerless and your life as out of ur control. you might also engage in behaviours that cause you to lose yourself in the process, such as people pleasing.
your life will become vapid and shallow since your focus is shit that really doesn't matter. you will also start to associate this great amount of omnipotence and power with something other than god (if u believe in one), bankrupting you spiritually. like you are some insignificant string being pulled along by someone more powerful than you or god, or by circumstances that you believe you cannot change.
small tip: whenever you start to worry too much remind yourself that you are starting to create a false god in your mind. this works wonders for me to quickly disengage from unhelpful thoughts and remind myself of my power.
âż part 3: the power of focus and attention
obviously, if you practice lao, you know that what you focus on is what you create. if you dwell in other people's lives or opinions, you're then not dwelling enough in the life you wanna create. focus is like a currency to what you wanna see play out in your life: what you pay attention to is what you prioritise and is what you will get more of.
in my case, when I started focusing on the life I wanna live, that's when opportunities, successes, etc. started flooding my life.
and that also applies to what you consume cos your mental diet is hugely shaped by your media diet. basically, what you consume (see, hear) and create (say, think) creates patterns of belief in your mind, materialising in reality.
ofc, you can always engage something outside of you that entertains you but donât lose sight of your own liveâs vision. really consider whether what your're watching is adding to your life somehow. make sure youâre using it, not it using you.
a big example of that is social media: you can either curate the perfect fyp to see posts that make you happy, remind you that your dream life is possible, serve as loa tips/reminders or you could consume content that is designed to suck you in and make you angry, anxious, or hopeless.
you decide.
another related term to focus that I wanna talk about is presence and how it is essentially the key to living a happy life.
when you focus on what truly matters, you find excitement and passion again, creating a life you're proud of. being present and focusing on yourself also allows you to practice intentional and mindful living. so you take your time to do the things you care about, you connect back to your spirituality, you realise that youâre more than a physical vessel, and you find yourself again beneath all of society's chatter.
this ultimately builds confidence and trust within you: you become an inspired creator instead of a powerless victim around the people who you look up to and also with 3d circumstances, which you now understand are just past relfections of old beliefs and are easily changeable.
and I think holding such mindset is beautiful :)
anddd, that's all! hope this was a helpful mindset shifting technique for y'all.
talk to you again soon <3

what are you doing? why are you scrolling through tumblr looking for ways to "manifest" your desires, why?
you already know the formula, you already know what to do, you just keep overcomplicating it.
"it's too easy, it doesnât seem right!" bitch itâs supposed to be easy, itâs supposed to be fast, so stop affirming itâs not.
you know the key to manifesting, but you keep procrastinating or focusing on the 3d.
this is your reminder to get your head in the game, that manifesting IS easy, and that if you want it, it's already yours.
NOW GO GET OFF THIS APP AND
MANIFEST WHATEVER YOU WANT !!!!! â§ââș
Iâve been feeling really disconnected lately. I crave conversations about astronomy, psychology, and philosophyâthose deep dives into mythology and the mysteries of the universe. I want to discuss the stars, the moon, and the way different languages shape our thoughts. Itâs tough when no one around me shares that passion; it often feels like Iâm speaking a different language. If youâre out there and want to explore these topics together, letâs connect. Iâd love to find someone to share ideas and rants with.
The term "conscious" refers to the awareness and understanding of oneâs own existence and feelings. I recognize that I can pursue and achieve my most passionate and seemingly unattainable dreams. It is essential to acknowledge this power within myself.
I often find myself puzzling over what the right choices are. I understand that human DNA grants us the capacity to make mistakes, allowing us time to reflect on what went wrong.
However, my mind tends to switch back and forth between fear and the overwhelming possibilities of scenarios in which I might feel eternally ashamed of myself.
In conclusion, I affirm that I am indeed a conscious individual.
Just a nice fast explanation of a fairly simple topic that is the best & most correct definition of consciousness & how it came to be đ
It's nice & funny, with a lot of existential & profound simple intuitive logically easily deduced reasons for it to be the only video you'll ever need on the subject!
All while likely being better than any published, peer reviewed, & gate kept (heavily biased & expensive science publishers that only accept stupidly abled people who have the money & opportunity to even attempt to try to become published) nonsense spouted from their hands on to a paper that simply has someone expunging a large ocean of overly wordy pedantic semantic & semantically pedantic arguments or assurances about this topic that all basically say & mean the same thing just with a slightly different perspective that doesn't take into multiple angles, obvious logic, and even their own internal biases into how the came up with their answers to try & get funding & be viewed significant enough to get funding or have others join them in their fancy "cool person field of study" because they are "right" by virtue of being bigger than others.
Yes, that is actually all one sentence.
Anyways, please give it a listen, like it, and share it.
