“It Was A Pleasure to Burn” by Sunny (me!)
A defiled and half-burned corpse, featuring poems made from the scraps of words on both the front and back. I could feel the book die as i burned it and it was a truly devastating but necessary experience for the piece. I actually made this piece in 2023, and it scares me how it’s becoming more and more relevant. Protect your books at all costs. Defend them with everything you’ve got. You won’t know just how valuable they are until you have been stripped of them.

Horror Characters I Made! (Conjoined Twins aren't finished yet) LORE: Dr. Nector: Started out as a bee keeper with his own facility, before he was violently killed by an unknown murderer. He decided to turn his bee keeping facility into a sanctuary after hearing about other victims. Vegan: Just a normal guy, who was attempting to go full vegan. The killer found his home and tortured him in his basement. Police found him chained to the ceiling, with plant growth coming out of his eyes, mouth, and torso. (btw i have nothing against vegans. unless your the vegan teacher) Framed: A normal guy, just trying to earn some money. Got a job as an electrician from an unknown person. His first task was at an old apartment complex that was apparently still in use. When he was finished, he attempted to use the elevator, but found out that the elevator cables were broken. When he tried using the stairs, he was confronted by the killer himself. When police found him, he was in a straight jacket, with his mouth sewn shut, and glass shards in his face. Gentleman: A person who was thought to be the killer. When police interviewed him, it turned out that he was an escaped mental asylum patient. His argument though was good. The asylum he was in didn't treat him, but rather made him feel even worse. He decided to start reading, which is what got him back to normal sanity. He then escaped when the forgot to close his door. Holly Jolly: A man who loved Christmas! He would always walk around town, in his classic Christmas attire, wishing people an early Christmas! I guess the killer found this guy annoying, because when police found him, his torso and neck were wrapped in Christmas lights. His eyes and teeth were removed, but his teeth were replaced with broken pieces of candy canes. Conjoined Twins: To twin brothers who hated each other since birth. They would constantly fight and argue, even threating each other. Police found them in an abandoned hospital. They were both cut in half vertically and sewn together. The left twin had gotten it better. His eye lid was stretched open as well as his mouth. The right twin, however, had gotten his skin tore off.

I was looking at @an-albino-pinetree’s gore breakdown the other day and it really helped out. You should check out their stuff if you need tips too.
For now, I took what I learnt from them, and was able to add stuff that helps me more. Thought I’d post what I learnt for now.
