My design for Deltafell Queen
She is a technological shapeshifter who can take control of any technology and change it with the power of her twisted will.
Queen strives for world domination, justifying her villainies with the ideology of "happiness through tyranny".
Deltafell Noelle, I wanted to go more gothic with her cuz the sharp and red didn't really fit her aesthetic.
