A cat on a case
This isn't my usual style when drawing on my computer, I normally use a very loose, sketchy style, with varying line weight
However here, I wanted to try a different style, almost completely. I don't normally draw furry characters (nothing against them, obviously, I have a couple furry friends IRL and online, and they are nothing but incredible people), but I don't usually draw the wide eyes and fluffy face and ears, so as well as trying to draw that, I decided to use a fixed brush weight (I think it was 40px, but it might not have been) and have fun with the shapes and smooth lines I don't normally get to see when drawing on my pc
Not entirely sure what her character is, but I had a story like I was making a while ago with thief furries (a cat, a dog, and a mouse) and maybe she could be a part of that world, if I every follow through with it
This is just some mindless rambling, but hey! If you've read this far, take a break, turn off your device and go get a drink, or eat, or even go to bed and get some rest <3
I hope you enjoyed the drawing!
(after thought I wanted to add; she looks like the cat from Lackadaisy, Ivy! I didn't mean for it to be, honestly, but her hair is giving it haha)
Shaded version! And a couple revamped colours. PS. I really enjoy re-using other parts of the palette to do the shading....
Some more info, too — his name is Palace and he's a detective/investigator type guy running around doing crazy stuff with his wife and new best friend.
Cube guy.... music/band teacher helped figuring out this guy's colours.
I apologize if the whole LIMBS thing is hard to visually understand..
