This week was a lot of fun :’) Found awesome people, finally had the motivation to draw some fanart for this amazing manga, got something that might one day be a real Di[e]ce cosplay group started and some nights I had trouble falling asleep because I was just too happy. (Didn’t change anything about being tired the next day though.)

I know I’m repeating myself here, but ... read the manga. Believe me, you’ll love it.

One of the things I love the most about Di[e]ce is how much worse Haruki, who values life so much, who’s organized and caring, is able to deal with everything that happens, compared to Kazuki. Sure, Kazuki breaks down on several occasions, but he doesn’t fall.

The blood on Haruki’s hands just weighs so much more than that on Kazuki’s…

There are so many different kinds of love depicted in Di[e]ce … It was really hard to pick one relationship. (In the end I just accepted that I wanted to draw Sion really bad.) I absolutely love how Kazuki’s and Sion’s relationships develops over the course of the story. :’)

I don’t really have anything to say, except that I love everything about Yuki and Ruka. Their differences and similarities, their dynamic. And the way their story shows how much one encounter can change a life.

This time, I will protect you. You alone are my reason to live.

I’ve never felt this alive before.

I think Naoto is my favourite Di[e]ce character, except for Haruki. Then again, this always tends to depend on who’s important for the story at the moment. I love all of them. But Naoto ... Naoto ... aww.

I just love how he leaves everything behind, all of his past and his fears and insecurities to concentrate on what matters the most to him.

Don’t leave me.

I love how you start reading Di[e]ce and you’ve got no idea what’s going on. The word itself isn’t even mentioned in the manga’s first volume and even later on, whenever it seems like things are getting clearer, they just don’t.

This manga turns everything upsidedown. The plot, the characters, their relationships … There’s just so much tension in this manga, it’s incredible.

Di[e]ce is probably one of the most underrated manga existing. I know those few days won’t change anything about that, but it’s worth a shot anyway.

If you like intelligent, well-though-out plot, hinted boys love, deep characters, with even deeper development, tragic pasts, beautiful and detailed artwork and ethic questions … then this is what you’ve waited for!

PLEASE READ THIS MANGA. Just do it.
