I’ve been redrawing this same picture of my OC every year since…. 2018? I think? It’s still a long way from perfect, but I’m legit so proud of my progress. Practice make’s improvement, y’all.
Also I used the cup of hot coco as the light source this year which was???? An interesting decision to say the least.

I meant to do this on my birthday on the ninth but I was lazy and put it off for a few weeks and now I finally done it. [ I used a photo of myself as reference for the pose and I colored the clothes the same as what I’m wearing today.
Drago was born from the center of a dying star. The explosion sent his egg into the universe. After millions of years of endless flying Dragon crashed on a very distant planet. The planet was cold and dead. After dragon hatched, he began digging down to the core of the planet. There he began to breath his fiery breath. His flames were so hot they melted the frozen core and the planet started to heat up. Drago became the guardian of the planet and he is worshiped all over. Took four attempts and a lot of wasted ink. I decided to remove the wings. Instead of using wings to fly he can float and fly using th fire core on his chest.

Here is the face in more detail. I tried to find an angle in which the hair colours are showing better and I kinda did. There are: - maroon, purple, hot pink and blue in the hair - pink in the eyes - purple in the eyelashes - purple, maroon and pink (maybe) in the eyebrows Yup… You can’t really see them, can you…? 😂😂😂
