some time later the cookies are gone and rouge turns to look at the clock hung on the wall, saying "Didn't you say you had to run at 8?" Amy response "Oh yes, let me check the time on my phone" as she reaches over to dig through the purse next to her. A/N: in retrospect I should've made the time in the first panel like, 8:15 instead of 6:50 or whatever it was, but I'm too lazy to change that detail so just imagine amy's that good at small talk
rouge looks at amy with a cheeky expression while amy squints at her phone screen. Rouge: "What, can't read an anolog clock?" Amy: "No I can!" A/N: I feel like in casual outfits rouge would enjoy a good cufflink
rouge looks at amy continuing to squint at her phone with confusion...
...and then looks back up to the clock on the wall with the same expression A/N: this would've been an easy gif to make but alas laziness prevails once more
"oh RIGHT" Rouge exclaims loudly as she spins around and flicks the light switch next to her. The panel shifts from purple to light orangish pink as the lights in the dark room are switched on

was thinking about that one blind professor post earlier today and how well it applied to the aptly named Team Dark

(really 'Team Dark' just sounds a lot cooler than 'Team Saves-On-Electricity')

followup doodle of rouge and amy chatting. Rouge: "Girl why didn't you say anything?" Amy: "I don't mind! It honestly makes focusing on conversations easier"
