In this only the series two part story the Dinosaurs tackle the issue of war between two and four legged Dinosaurs, over Pisachio nuts a war which sees both Earl and Fran's son Robbie and Robbie's best friend Spike drafted into the army.
Fearing for Robbie's safety Fran disguises Roy and Earl as part their daugther Charlene's USO troupe; One of songs they preform is a parody of 'Don't Sit Under Apple Tree' made famous by the real life singing trio and USO talent the Andrews Sisters.

Here's a drawing I did of Baby Sinclair from the tv sitcom Dinosaurs; This Prehistoric satire was way ahead of it's time and was brought to live by the Jim Henson Company use advanced puppetry techniques and sharp witty writing.
The Simpsons pay homage to The Sinclair Family.
