Sheriff’s Dilemma: To Be Respected, or the Eye Sore?

Yoooo Jimmy ep this week for empires is really interesting!! That old sheriff is really sketchy, and may have been the previous sheriff of the town, who was possibly corrupted in some way???

And Jimmy is just taking his advice because he wants respect so much and I feel like this may cause his villain arc and I’m like OOOOO but also HMMMM suss

First Sherrif’s Snowfall

I’d imagine, living in the desert for so long, Jimmy would never know what snow feels like. Or rather snowfall. He’s also woefully unprepared for anything remotely cold.

But fortunately, Jimmy has Lizzie and even Joel to show him the amazing show of a snowy day.

Tumble Town Sherrif Gear!

Jimmy wears a nice vest of netherite, adorned with gold to fit with his tumble town gold rush theme! Along so, he has shoulder pads and a netherite glove for safety uses of his sword or hand-to-hand combat! Our sheriff must stay safe!

Puppet Jim?

This is a very old concept art from a week ago, I haven’t watched this weeks whole Empires because… busy so this could be outdated or disproven.

But my idea is that Jimmy is a puppet/made out of wood, and he hates being called a toy because he really hates the idea of someone toying him around like a puppet master and a puppet. That’s why he very upset when people refer to him as a toy.

As a puppet

- he has wires that get tangled all up

- has detachable limbs and body parts, and are still connected to him (like he can remove his arm and still move it-)

- has to put on coating to make sure he doesn’t look like he’s made of wood and show his cogs(?)

- he has to make sure his limbs are screwed in correctly in the morning

OMG IM JUST NOW WATCHING THE COURT CASE VIDEO AND OMG THIS IS HILARIOUS

watching them talk all lawyer talk, the judge using actual like terms and then Joel being like ‘I dunno what that means’ or ‘I mean look at him he’s a blummin toy’ is AMAZING

It actually fits his character so much to act like that and then jimmy is SOOO frustrated that he’s not taking this seriously

I hc that the sheriff has a menorah in his house and he invites Scott to light the candles with him on Hanukkah

Also I bet he knows some pet names in Yiddish/Hebrew that he sometimes calls Scott
