Carefully, you tried to wiggle out of Jake's warm embrace. He had his face buried in your shoulder and his arms held you tight against his body. How was he able to continue sleeping so peacefully while the alarm was literally screaming in the background?
You attempted rolling over and out from underneath the covers, but when you sat up instead you heard Jake's voice silently mumbling while he stretched out his arm to grab your wrist.
»Don't leave me«, he whispered half-asleep, a ghost of fear in his voice while he tried to pull you back into bed.
»I'm not going anywhere, Jake. Please let me turn off the alarm, hm?«
»Promise you will come right back?«
He was always scared of losing you after having to deal with his father's job-indebted absence a lot during his childhood, but after his nightmare of not being able to save you during an accident, he was even more worried, although he knew you would always stay with him.
»I promise.«
With that, he let go of your wrist, and you got up to turn off the alarm before slipping back underneath the blanket.
»Just five more minutes, alright?«
Jake gently kissed your forehead and contently smiled to himself. You were his, and he was yours, and neither of you would ever leave the other.

"riki, wait!"
You yelled at him once again, stopping and sitting on a nearby bench, trying to cat h a breath after all that running. Riki stopped hearing your footsteps after him so this was his sign to stop and rest for a while too.
He was a coward.
Literally all he did was confess that he liked you and you standing there dumbfounded for a minute made him belive that this meant rejection. You didn't want to think that you rejected him, hell you felt the exact same feelings he felt!
You stoop up and sneakily walked towards riki, grabbing him by his school bag and letting out a victorious yelp.
"finally you big dumbo, I've been chasing you since you left me at school and I always thought that you weren't a fast runner!?"
He looked scared but also relieved (?) at your comment, somehow feeling happy that you kept on chasing him.
"look, y/n, I'd really love to go but I've left an unfinished game of solitaire on my laptop" he said while trying to run again but you still held on his backpack for dear life.
"riki, I like you too, wait- you play solitaire?!"
"no I don't, I just heard heeseung use it as an excuse and I thought it would be believable"
Then he stopped and you saw how his eyes got even bigger than they were before, as he looked straight at you and then he did something unexpected.
He started dancing like a mad man.
"You actually do?!?!" he yelled and you nodded, trying to make him calm down and he stopped abruptly and hugged you, you could feel his wild breathing as he let go, holding your hand as he happily skipped towards the closest playground.

a/n: hello!! i have been writing about sunghoon a lot lately LMOAOA sorry abt that… also did anyone watch all of us are dead?!?!? like i need to vent to someone about it cause….. anyways remember to look at the request guide here before you ask for one !!
it wasn’t unusual of sunghoon to call you whenever he had the slightest issue whether it is his bread burning because his toaster is “a spawn from hell” or how he can’t find his other sock. most of the time, you didn’t mind his frantic calls. it was rather cute how he felt the need to let you know by actually talking to you and not texting you.
though, it did surprise you at first, he didn’t seem to be the clingy type or the one to call you often. you thought you called your friends too much, but sunghoon topped you. you never complain though, you sat and listened to his mindless rambles. for someone who is quiet, he sure is a talker when it comes to you.
sunghoon felt safe whenever he called you. he knows it may get annoying from time to time so, he tries his best to only call you when it is really important. key word – tries. most of the time he fails but hey, at least he is making an effort.
but today, sunghoon had called you about 5 times already in the last two hours. within those two hours, you have ben trying to tidy up your house for the new year. it is a superstition you always followed, you have to go into the lunar new year with a clean house. it is so you don’t bring any bad luck into the new year, plus your house was in need of a clean.
hearing your phone vibrate on top of the counter, you reach over and answer it. “please, tell me this is an emergency sunghoon.” you say, scrubbing your sink. your arms were on fire but that didn’t stop you.
“well, maybe you wouldn’t see it as an emergency, but for me, it definitely is.” he said defensively.
“what is the emergency?”
“niki keeps on making fun of my height.” he whines into the phone. if he was in front of you, he would probably be pouting and kicking his feet like a little kid.
you sigh, finally stopping your flow. “what do you want me to do?”
“tell him to stop!”
picking up your phone, you hold it to your ear as you walk out of your kitchen. “how do i do that?!?!” you exclaim.
“i don’t know,” he says. “threaten him!”
you find a comfy place on your couch. you are really proud of yourself for finding this couch off of facebook marketplace. “i can’t do that! he is a kid!!”
“y/nnn” sunghoon whines. before you can respond, there was the sound of screams and muffled running. “Y/N!!!!!!! HELP!”
“what?!? what’s happening?” you say, a tad bit concerned for your boyfriend over the phone. it wasn’t like there was an intruder in their apartment. suddenly there was silence, and then you heard niki. “hi y/n!!”
“hi niki..?” you say confused. “what happened to sunghoon?”
“oh, sunghoon? he is in a headlock right now… say hi, sunghoon.” niki says as he hands the phone to sunghoon. “y/n, help.” he gasps, dramatically.
“okay! bye y/n!!! see you later!” niki says into the phone and hangs up. laughing to yourself, you wonder if this is what you have to deal with for the rest of your life.
