A little Alien Child and a human vampire hybrid
Far from home

In the humid fall, when the breeze of autumn blows over the summer season, is when she came to this planet. Sometimes at night you’ll wander through the plains, and you will see a light. The light is so colorful. You think it’s just some teenagers having a party, but there is not a soul in sight… at least not one from this world. There’s these colorful orbs that float and glow. In the center of this bizarre attraction, you see a small figure sitting in the tall grass giggling with delight. By the sound of the tiny voice, you guess it’s a girl. But she was no ordinary girl… she didn’t come from an ordinary planet either. You disregard the strange impossible scene in front of you and call out to the girl- thinking she might be in trouble- but you weren’t prepared for it. She hears you and turns around. In the dim light that the strange orbs around you provide, you can see her skin texture; it looks rough yet soft at the same time, it had a soft blue tint to it. Her eyes were entirely pupil, no iris, no sclera, just pitch black pupil. Whatever she was… she wasn’t human, no matter how humanoid she may look. She didn’t have a nose, there was a smooth surface that peaked out just a bit, but there were no nostrils. She stared at you for a second, before her face broke into a contagious smile- despite that it’s slightly terrifying with the small shark-like teeth in her mouth- and waved excitedly at you. She crisscrossed her legs and patted the grass next to her, inviting you to join her. You think of yourself as crazy, yet you find yourself sitting next to the little alien child seconds later. She rips some grass from the earth and starts munching on it, she holds some strands out towards you. You politely declined.
Can’t wait for the official release of my undertale AU “Flesh Sacks” aka ET-tale.
I might write lore later.

In 1980, Steven Spielberg briefly considered making a dark sequel to Close Encounters of the Third Kind called Night Skies. The film was to feature many different alien characters. Spielberg ultimately abandoned the idea, choosing instead to make a film starring only one alien, E.T.
Legendary makeup artist and creature designer Rick Baker recently shared these images, documenting his work on the project before it was abandoned.
Rating: 8.0 of 10
A group of kids on their very last night together (because they were about to move and the neighbourhood about to be torn down to create a freeway) happened to find a crashed alien, and went on an overnight adventure to get him home. If it sounds like a mixture of E.T. and The Goonies, that's because it completely is, but Earth To Echo managed to stand its ground instead of simply being an inferior mimic.
The plot itself wasn't revolutionary--and frankly wasn't that different from E.T.--but what elevated this movie was how genuine the friendship was. The kids, all played by "unknown" child actors (Teo Halm, Brian Bradley, Reese Hartwig, Ella Wahlesstedt), were very natural and felt like real friends. They also acted exactly as kids and not act how sometimes Hollywood thinks children act like. That was the appeal of The Goonies, and that was the appeal of Earth To Echo. A lot of the performances in Earth To Echo were actually improv, so that helped a lot in making sure the scenes play as naturally as possible.
Earth To Echo moved at fairly fast pace and that helps a lot, but the film also packed a lot of genuine emotions. Each of the kids had their own backstory that shaped who they were, and the looming dread of future separation felt real enough and added a layer of poignancy to the story. While the film clearly had connections to 1980s through its spiritual predecessor, Earth To Echo felt very now and didn't try invoke 80′s nostalgia (that could be overbearing in some movies); it had cellphones, GPS, and Google Maps, and a cute little alien with Minority Report-esque aesthetic. Actually, Earth To Echo reminded me of Chronicle more than anything (probably because I’m not a generation of E.T. and The Goonies), and here might be my obligatory mention that Earth To Echo was shot in found-footage style--but for me it wasn’t annoying or overly shakey and it actually had some neat trick regarding Echo's vision.
TL;DR Once you get past the obvious (and lazy) comparison, Earth To Echo is a sweet little movie about kids and friendship--with surprisingly good acting and genuine emotions.

Refers to a mysterious broadcast interruption that occurred on November 26, 1977, in southern England. At around 5:10 PM, during a news program on Southern Television, a strange voice—metallic and echoing—took over the airwaves for nearly six minutes. The entity identified itself as "Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command"—an alleged extraterrestrial being.
The message was solemn and haunting, warning humanity to abandon its weapons and live in peace, lest we "destroy your world" before entering the "Age of Aquarius."
"This is the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. For many years you have seen us as lights in the skies. We speak to you now in peace and wisdom as we have done to your brothers and sisters all over this, your planet Earth. We come to warn you of the destiny of your race and your world so that you may communicate to your fellow beings the course you must take to avoid the disaster which threatens your world, and the beings on our worlds around you. This is in order that you may share in the great awakening, as the planet passes into the New Age of Aquarius. The New Age can be a time of great peace and evolution for your race, but only if your rulers are made aware of the evil forces that can overshadow their judgments. Be still now and listen, for your chance may not come again. All your weapons of evil must be removed. The time for conflict is now past and the race of which you are a part may proceed to the higher stages of its evolution if you show yourselves worthy to do this. You have but a short time to learn to live together in peace and goodwill. Small groups all over the planet are learning this, and exist to pass on the light of the dawning New Age to you all. You are free to accept or reject their teachings, but only those who learn to live in peace will pass to the higher realms of spiritual evolution. Hear now the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. Be aware also that there are many false prophets and guides operating in your world. They will suck your energy from you—the energy you call money—and will put it to evil ends and give you worthless dross in return. Your inner divine self will protect you from this. You must learn to be sensitive to the voice within that can tell you what is truth, and what is confusion, chaos and untruth. Learn to listen to the voice of truth which is within you and you will lead yourselves onto the path of evolution. This is our message to our dear friends. We have watched you growing for many years as you too have watched our lights in your skies. You know now that we are here, and that there are more beings on and around your Earth than your scientists admit. We are deeply concerned about you and your path towards the light and will do all we can to help you. Have no fear, seek only to know yourselves, and live in harmony with the ways of your planet Earth. We of the Ashtar Galactic Command thank you for your attention. We are now leaving the plane of your existence. May you be blessed by the supreme love and truth of the cosmos."
—Vrillon, November 26, 1977
The most common depictions of Ashtar Sheran, often said to be Vrillon’s superior or perhaps his other name, show him as a being of radiant, almost angelic presence:
Tall and Regal – Usually standing around 7 feet tall.
Humanoid Form – He appears very human, sometimes almost indistinguishable from us.
Golden Hair – Flowing and shining like solar rays, often shoulder-length.
Blue or Violet Eyes – Piercing and serene, as if holding the gaze of galaxies.
Glowing Aura – Described as bathed in a soft white or bluish light, often dressed in silvery or white robes with golden insignias.
Uniformed Appearance – At times, he's shown in a form-fitting "space uniform" with insignias denoting his command over the Ashtar Galactic Fleet.
