Omega 3 capsules. They are anti-inflammatory and good for your knees, heart, brain and joints.
Maybe do a little leg training so that the muscles take the strain off your bones and joints. The supreme discipline is doing squats. They not only strengthen your torso and legs, but also ensure that your huge booty stays round.
Exercise a little, a short walk is good for your whole body. It won't make you lose weight straight away. Maybe you like to struggle with stairs a little bit. Hereโs another alternative instead of the dreaded cake shake for yโall-
This one is nut free
2 cups organic heavy cream
1 frozen banana
2 scoops vanilla protein powder or mass gainers powder
1 avocado (fresh and ripe, not frozen)
3 tbl flax seed
1/2 cup raw honey
Mix and Blend!
Vegan version-
Flax milk (get the brand that has added protein)
Protein powder
Frozen banana
Flax seed
Chia seed
Vanilla extract
Coconut cream
Avocado
Coconut sugar
1-1.5 tbl coconut oil
Blend and enjoy
These are smoothies that have a shit ton of calories. One avocado has like 300 calories. Coconut oil is super high in calories and so is coconut cream. Heavy cream is also high in calories. Almost every ingredient in the smoothie has at least 100 cal so your total for each smoothie is going to be roughly 2 to 3000 cal category. Especially if you use that mass gainers shit. I would be surprised if any of you could even get this down ๐ your belly should be literally throbbing and aching.
Also, I literally donโt condone doing this to yourself. But honestly, this is better than that cake shake shit yโall are doing.
