You're just a mortal, a far cry from the illustrious heroes and divine beings of legend. Yet, that's precisely what makes you special. You cherish your humble existence, content with running your little flower shop, a modest haven you share with your lovely dog.
The simplicity of said life brings you joy, and you envision spending many years tending to your blossoms and welcoming customers with a warm smile. But as Fate's whims begin to unravel, your tranquil existence is soon disrupted by forces beyond your control.
One morning, as the sun casts its first light over the towering structures of Megapolis, something arises from the cities heart. As it emerges, the ground beneath quivers, sending tremors that shatter the familiarity you once held dear, toppling everything you thought you knew.
In the midst of growing chaos and confusion, you find yourself caught in the whirlwind of it all. Desperate to escape, you run, as if fleeing could somehow evade the impending troubles. The abrupt conclusion to your existence arrives with the sharp sound of ice shattering, echoing with the crack, crack, cracking of bones.
But where Fate's love falls short, a hidden being reveals itself, intent on filling that void. In the aftermath of your demise, said god intervenes, whisking you away with a proposition: a fragment of their divine might in return for your resurrection.
It's a straightforward deal, no strings attached.

A section I've been dying to talk about?
Well let me think, oh! Probably the amount of Chinese Mythology I want to include! I've always been fascinated with Mythology as a whole, and now I get to write it? The pinnacle of my existance.
Golly, really. I want to spew something out and rant about it so much, but as of now it's spoilers! But I will say, isn't it just a tad weird how the reader can't seem to sleep at night anymore?
How odd! Surely it won't relate to anything!
Oh something else I would like to touch on! Lady Bone Demon, she isn't present right now but g o s h. I can't wait to write her, Im going to make her so cruel. I will not hold back! I have to live up to my Dead Dove: Do Not Eat tag somehow!
Actually, I plan to make most of the antagonist/villians just a tiny bit worse than the show, since im not bound by a need to be child friendly! That's right, its going to be blood gore galore!
After all, the reader has a large pool of spare lives for them! Why not waste a few?

Yes! Absolutely.
Oh goodness where to start, let me talk about one of my favorites I guess! Our favorite little god, our main stars truly!
They are my absolute favorite to write. Their cute little mannerisms, jittery attitude, all of it! It was such a hassle describing their design and having the symbolism line up with their intentions and being as a whole, but it was worth it! Oh I love them so much and I can't wait to write more of them and reveal their twisted past.
No spoilers! But golly is it dark, as most of my story is! I wanted to make a Macaque x Reader fic that was dark, but not for anything Macaque related (mostly). It will still be the same monkey who tricked MK, hunted the main cast, and is quite the antagonistic fellow but he'll just have a itty bitty soft spot for the little florist.
I also cannot wait to have the reader be super sassy! As of now the main cast isn't as relevant, but they will be and oh it will be GLORIOUS. The reader is so iffy with social interactions, but once they get the hang of it they will be scolding wrongdoers left and right.
There are so many scene's I can't wait to write and see the reactions of, whether it be fluff, angst, or absolute mental anguish. My goal is to see if I can make a story so well kept and in depth that a written scene makes someone cry, laugh, or cheer!
Do trust me, there are some parts that will make you cry. (I hope).
