Hi! I was wondering if you have any advice for someone thatβs been struggling to gain weight while smoking weed? Iβm 160 cm and 40kg π
I love asks like this. Is your issue with eating enough food? Or are you just not gaining weight, despite how much food you are eating? There are solutions to both of these.
If the issue is just not eating enough food, and you get full quickly, there are a couple ways to address this.
1. The most mild way is to be patient. Just keep eating until you're full (and then some) with every meal you can. It's a matter of stretching your stomach out to increase capacity over time. It'll happen. You just have to be consistent.
2. Incorporate bloating into your week to stretch your stomach and belly skin out. These will increase your capacity dramatically. Soda chugs, large amounts of water, bloating pills, coke/mentos etc...
3. My least favorite way is intox stuffing. Drink beers with your meals. Your natural inhibitions subside, and your body doesn't recognize that it's full as quickly. Im just not a big fan of alcohol and am mostly sober myself.
4. Appetite stimulants! You can buy these at your local supplement store or even online. They stimulate the production of grelin (the hunger hormone) which makes you very very hungry and inhibits the hormone, leptin.
Feel free to mix and match some of these. I think you'll be able to eat much more in no time.
Now, if the issue is you're just not gaining weight...
1. Liquid calories are your friend. Mass gainer shakes come in so handy. There are a few that are +2k calories a serving. Mix them with whole milk, or blend them with ice cream, and you'll have an easy extra 2500-3000 calories.
2. Add fats from nuts in as snacks throughout the day! A bag of nuts is like 1000 calories!
3. If you don't have food in your hand, go get something. You should be eating non-stop, and be constantly full.
4. Never go to sleep hungry. Before you go to bed at night, make sure that you have something to eat. Ideally, by the time you lay down, you should *feel* the stretchmarks developing. Your belly should be taught, like a drum, and you should be ready to split at the seams.

Oh man... Thats a good question! There are so many cute fatties, piggies, and cows out there. Considering that I myself have a limit to how fat I want my partners, I do tend to lean towards the smaller side. I want to be able to experience their growth with them! That being said, there are a few that I would love to feed. I'm not going to name names here except @rosehips666. I want to see her grow. I love her figure and would very much enjoy feeding her.

The bigger and firmer, the better. The concept of filling your belly to the point that your hip bones are no longer the widest part of your midsection, and your sides are bulging is *top* tier.

i'll keep you stoned all the time. wake and bake, medicated syrup in your pancake feast, tokes in between. a joint while you relax, snacking and getting ready for your lazy day. munching on chips. food ordered in while we tinker around the house. i pour weed butter on your plate (do you notice?). i eat half of mine, you eat all yours then continue snacking. you chug soda due to a strangely dry mouth. you take a bong rip and absentmindedly jiggle your belly while zoning out on the patio. you read a book for a while but struggle to focus. i lick my lips seeing your unfocused gaze while you lick your fingers. dinner right after a joint is a four course meal from a recipe book i got at the library. it had something to do with green infused foods...you're high as fuck, leaned back and rubbing your thighs slowly. thinking contentedly about your stuffed belly and hoping for dessert.
Should I post daily pictures to document my progress? Or should I just blow up and act like I donβt know nobody?
