—Meet the Cast!—
(Part Four: The Neglected Rich and Loved)
(Trigger Warning: Patricia's section contains allusions to child neglect, abuse, use by parents, manipulation, and devaluing of self-worth. It doesn't go too heavily into detail, in my opinion, because the entire post is supposed to be structured like an article written from an outsider's perspective, but it's still there. Please consider either skipping the whole thing together or scrolling down to Alzamirano(Actor!Soos)'s section if you're sensitive to this type of content.)
Patricia:
Patricia has made her mark in the world as one of the most famous tweens of this day and age. Originally, her family was just your average one, living in common mediocrity. However, one day the young blonde asked her parents if she could participate in a beauty pageant, believing that it would be fun. They decided that it couldn't hurt and prehaps give their unplanned mistake of a daughter to become something worthy of their attention for once, so she was enrolled into the annual "Sprouting Elegance" contest. She immediately won and was gifted millions of dollars as the cash price. The amount of money was unlike any her parents had seen before, the luxurious life it allowed them to live was addicting. Thus, they became to crave more of it, desiring more and more, so that they would never have to live how they had before. Driven by greed Deciding that it would build character, they soon began to enroll her in numerous other pageants, collecting waves of money. They started a family blog to post updates on their life, displaying just how lovely and wonderful their family was, how they were living the dream. Patricia certainly dreamed; she dreamed of a world where she never came up with the idea, where she had better parents.
Eventually, her mother came to her and suggested developing a career in something that would let her put her pretty face to even more good use — acting! It would build an even more stable living for them her and maximize their her success. It was perfect! There was no reason to decline, no reason at all. So, of course, Patricia accepted and went along with whatever acting roles they were able to find for her. I mean, why wouldn't she? They knew best. Besides, without them, she would have never earned the stardom everyone else could hope of receiving. Without them, she was nothing. They created her. They were the ones who molded her into the perfect child, into who she was today. The least she could do for them was every. Little. Thing. They. Asked.
It wasn't that difficult for her to rise to the top as a child actor, considering she was already famous and of much status. Her most recent role was playing popular, rich girl "Pacifica Northwest" in the TV series "Gravity Falls". When asked on she felt about the character, she gave an intriguing response.
"It's complicated. And to-tally none of your— ... I mean, it's...personal. I feel like I know her very well and not just because I'm her actress. Though, I probably know her the best out of everyone solely because of that. That's all I'll say. You figure it out if you're so obsessed with mysteries (and me), weirdos," she said when delving into her implied love-hate relationship with the character she played.
She can frequently be found hanging out with Hadron (actor of "Fiddleford McGucket"). When she first arrives on set — her dad leaving as soon as she walks through the doors to there — she stands around, her eyes scanning through the clusters of people hanging about. She then will walk on over to where Hadron is ( typically talking to a bushing Stan [actor of "Stanley Pines"]) and tug on the sleeve of his fern green, button-up shirt in order to get his attention. He will turn his head and smile at her, and the two will engage in conversation. The mere sight of him always makes her eyes light up and twinkle, though she will try to act like she doesn't care.
She's also decently close to Mason (actor of "Dipper Pines") and his best friend, Mabel (actor of "Mabel Pines"). Mabel will occasionally drag Patricia over to where she and Mason are, and they'll all talk together as a trio. Mabel will knit a sweater, using Patricia as a model as she does, and will chatter away about stuff that delights her as the blonde and other brunette exchange amused looks, entertained by their friend's antics. In reverse, Patricia will kidnap Mason and paint his face with makeup, promising to turn him into the 'most beautiful boy who's ever lived' as Mabel giggles loudly at the scene. (Mason either swears at her the whole time or fumes in silence when this happens; Patricia only smirking in return.) When their peppy friend is not around, the duo will fire insults at each other like the sun won't come out tomorrow (some of them were used as inspiration for the actual script of the "Northwest Mansion Mystery" episode).
Also, contrary to popular belief, Patricia's hair really is naturally blonde.
Alzamirano:
Alzamirano, or commonly referred to as simply "Alza," was cast as the actor of "Jesus 'Soos' Ramirez" from the show "Gravity Falls". He was an orphan as a kid before he was adopted by a nurturing family. Their love and care allowed him to blossom into a kind person who always looked out for and after others. In order to give other orphans like himself a chance and a better place to grow up than in some of the terrible orphanages they're placed in, he started his own orphanage. That way, he could try his best to help the community and know he was giving every effort to truly assist people.
However, running an orphanage wasn't cheap, so he took up multiple jobs. He became a cook, a bus driver, a tour guide, etcetera, etcetera. Eventually, he stumbled across an ad requiring understudies for a film. It stated that they didn't have to be professionals and the salary was reasonable, so he decided to sign up. Last minute, the main actor he was an understudy for ended up calling off, so he had to take their place. Stepping into the spotlight and performing felt natural, and the crowd loved his show. Soon after, he started to get calls for jobs. He had found a career he could truly become successful with and gain a steady pay from to keep his orphanage stable and thriving.
On set, he's very a chill guy who gets along well with Mabel and, in all honesty, who wouldn't? He inquires about the living conditions for all for the children and has been seen to check in on Patricia specifically on a regular basis. He's bought multiple clothes and packages of food for her after realizing that she pretty much wears the same four pairs clothes all the time, just in different combinations, and how unhealthily thin she appears to be.
"Do you really have to try and spread gossip? Don't you have anything better to do or is your life just so sad that you live off of other people's lives to be fulfilled. Anything and everything about her personal life is personal! It's in the name. She's not required to share anything with you, nor am I. Why Mr. Alzamirano does what he does and what he suspects, if anything at all, is none of your business. You want to know something? He's a nice person and the stuff he does is nice. There you go. There's your hot scoop. Go crazy over it," Mason defensively stated when we questioned him about the Alza's gifts for Patricia.
He's friends with Stan and appreciative of the constant donations he sends towards the orphanage he runs.

(Part Three: Representatives of the South)
Hadron:
Hadron is a popular country singer known for his genuine, southern charm. His signature instrument is the banjo, which can be heard playing in the background of most of his music. Raised in the South, he developed fond memories of the countryside and decided to share its beauty with the world through his songs. He's been ridiculed by numerous people for his accent, background, and style, but is determined not to allow them to break his spirit. He's proud of where he's from and isn't willing to change that, no matter what the haters may say.
Hadron is the actor of the character "Fiddleford McGucket" and was chosen for the role due to being a southern icon. Through his acting, he gave Fiddleford some country charm that ended up well-received by the audience. It wasn't limited to just on set either, since he would spend time in-between shoots and breaks playing his banjo; filling the room with austral tunes.
"Sometimes, when everything is bor-ing, he'll just grab that...guitar-thing...and play it. Some people will suddenly stop talking just to listen, and soak it in. I... I like it when he plays it. The music is nice, and he's not as lame as people say. Don't make a big deal out of that, though," Patricia (actor of "Pacifica Northwest") noted about the brunette singer.
A side gig he has is teaching students on how to play the banjo after much interest being expressed in the instrument once his songs became popular. Patricia, in particular, decided to join his courses, intrigued by the melodies he made. He is said to be a very calm and patient teacher, though prone to sarcasm and bitterness.
He's been viewed to be closest with Patricia, Stan, and Ford out of the entire cast. The young blonde talks to him often, asking for advice and requesting his opinions on things. She'd never say this, but it's clear that she looks up to him. (Possibly seeing him as a father figure in light of her parent's neglect.) Stan has a tendency to flirt with him and occasionally Hadron will reciprocate the acts, usually leading to the former person turning red (Ford is oblivious to this behavior). Whether this is just friendly banter and play, or something more is left to be seen. He also quickly became friends with Ford, due to their similar introverted natures and nerdiness.
Deon:
Deon was cast with the role of "Gideon Gleeful" for the series. He has a history of acting in several action and historical films, but he usually played a background character in those. Gideon is his first major role and because of that he was eager to give his greatest performance.
"He was always so bubbly! Like, I could just pop him! Haha. But, seriously, he tried really hard to do his best. And I think that deserves a sticker," Mabel energetically insisted when talking about her fellow cast member.
He, too, was raised in the South. However, he ended up moving up North when he was young, since his parents desired to give their son the best opportunities possible and wanted to go where potential was bustling as a result. And they sure did take advantage of the fresh start! When Deon had begun to display both enthusiasm and promise in acting, they were discovered by a talent scout, who offered jobs within the realm. Once Deon was firmly sure this was what he wanted, his acting career took a start.
Deon tends to himself, typically sticking to the corner unless it's his scene, and doesn't socialize much. However, when he does, most of the time it's with Mabel. He finds her optimism and confidence to be infectious (in the best way) and admirable.

So I’ve realized something about Fiddleford’s memory gun.
It was never going to work the way he wanted it to, because all it does is erase the memory not the feeling
Fiddleford headcanons I have due to me kinning him!
• Fiddleford was quite traumatised by his family before he went college (it would stem from a place of his family not really wanting to understand him so it would mainly be emotional) but they have gotten better as Fiddleford grew, so it's not like he cut contact with them, but he doesn't really reach out himself.
• Has a strong sense of imposter syndrome (e.g he would acknowledge he is very anxious at a constant rate, but he wouldn't feel comfortable labeling himself as having anxiety because he feels like he doesn't really fit the criteria "Well, sure I overthink things and I feel very panicky when talking to strangers, but that ain't really anything!" Instead he comes up with different terms that undermine his experiences in hope to not convince himself of having something he doesn't)
• After every time he washes his hair, he likes to feel his scalp for really short hair strands and fiddle with them (he has lots of them because he pulls his hair)
• Has some difficulty getting rid of things because of his "What if I'll need it later?" mentality. Not to the point that he would hoard a huge mess, but he keeps all of his used up pens in case he wants to make a machination out of it later or his pencil sharpenings for whatever. He might even get excess material for something and he convinced himself he'll use it for another thing and never does. This does develop into an actual hoarding disorder post portal incident due to not remembering what he has and what he doesn't, so he constantly gets things without really using up anything.
• He has a huge collection of projects he started but didn't finalise. He wants to but there's always something else exciting to get to.
• He would let Stanford get away with a fuckton as long as he didn't hurt himself in the process. He's worried about the portal a lot because he doesn't want something he helped build be the reason he'd potentially loose Stanford.
Yeah, maybe it's a little ooc but he's my beloved so idc

After a confrontation with his brother, Stanley Pines takes Journal 3 with him and decides to sail the world on his own. He meets Henry, and finds out that he and Ford were triplets and not just twins. Henry and Stan become close, sailing the world together and it is everything Stan has ever wanted. Henry is not what he seems though, and he will later find out the price of his newfound happy life.
Henry lived his own fair share of suffering, bonding with Stan through their shared experiences. Henry truly believes that Stan is more than willing to join him on the side of moral corruption. To quote on quote, “Fix,” Humanity.
That’s where the Aeternum comes into the picture. A beautiful, star shaped goddess who seeks to reform the multiverse. With the help of Henry, her new found ‘prophet,’ she will succeed in doing so.
Souls are important here. Henry and the Aeternum agree that to make humanity better, they must make them soulless. Make them less emotional, make them less unique, strip them of any individuality or humanity from them.
Upon learning this, about Henry’s deal with the being, Stan is furious and goes to confront his brother. The confrontation is rough, violent and nearly puts Stan into his own tomb. Instead, to show him mercy, Henry agrees to have his soul stripped from him.
His memories, personality and everything that made up Stan Pines is gone. Now he’s just a ghostly husk, hiding away in an abandoned lighthouse for ten years.
In those ten years, Ford is in search of his missing brother who never called Shermie back after a very concerning conversation.
With the help of his niece and nephew, Dipper and Mabel, Ford sails away in search of his brother who he had yet to find any clues.
Henry is closer to his apocalyptic plan, Stan is a monstrous being scaring away others from entering his home, and Ford is just a grieving man in search of his twin.
What will come of this reckless family?
Some facts about the au!
- Stan and Henry met when they were 30, and around the time they were 50 is when they had their grand falling out that led to a soulless Stan.
- Ford had sent Stan away with journal 3, and kept up on updates of his brother from Sherrie until about his 50s when Stan up and disappears.
- Fiddleford and Emma-May actually get kidnapped by Henry, who Is obsessed with the two and wants them to work alongside him in ‘reforming,’ the multiverse. (I hate to use the word but it’s very much ‘yandere,’ levels of obsession,)
- Before Ford goes off to sea, he takes in Dipper and Mabel so they follow on this journey with him to find Stan.
- Stan isn’t necessarily human anymore, he retains human features but being cursed by the Aeternum had led to him taking on a monster like form.
- Ford doesn’t learn about Henry until after he finds Stan, when Henry goes to personally confront Stan and ask him once again to lead by his side as brothers.
- Stan’s monstrous form is actually very powerful, he’s taller and wider + with some added strength. He often has confrontations with Henry that lead to long drawn battles in which the two destroy everything in their path. They’ve become rivals.
- Ford eventually learns that Fiddleford and Emma-May are taken, then swears that not only will he bring them back but also his brother’s soul to hopefully return him back to his human self again.
