Fire Ghouls (My interpretations):

Orange-reddish skin

short, elf-like ears

scales on some parts

shorter, pointier horns than other species

have “holes” in their skin for heat regulation (smoke)

markings can be wherever

cat-like mannerisms

cross pupil
