lowkey sometimes i think im only human in the way pets try to mock their owners and copy their mannerisms or in the way domesticated animals copy humans
ive been seeing a ton of people do this so... heres some things i want to do to feel more connected to my kintypes i suppose :)
> longer hair, dye parts of it blue + get an undercut & bleach it white (fictionkin)
> angel fang piercings (i already have naturally sharp teeth but ive wanted these for a while!!)
> top surgery & get rid of my nipples
> get/make gear (tails, ears, wings, etc)
> minoxidil for more body hair growth
> get jewelry of my kintypes (fox/dog/etc)
> get more chokers (to imitate collars)
> wear more green
I vividly dreamt the other night that I drew this exact fox critter and image, now it is real?? I guess
The world is too loud, but we have a little den we can run to and spend time our fox plush and bug friends
(Experimenting with a more painterly look/limiting inking, yay!!!!)

When you hear about something that sounds like xenofiction/has critter characters but then you look into it and they're at most just humans with extremely minimal allusions in their designs to being bugs/foxes/cephalopods
(This isn't about anything in particular btw, I just love xenofiction and have previously been disappointed when hearing about media involving non-human characters, which I've then looked into and are disappointed to find said non-human characters still act like humans and never or very sporadically appear in a critter form smh)

This fox waits. Will they ever know that at some point in time, their coat could have been the most saturated crimson hue of all the vulpines in the world? Contingency suggests so, but who are we to judge?

I've seen so many people online say that their theriotypes don't have names or that they shouldn't have names. But this random Fox named Sarynix is me and I am her. This Harpy named Vaye is me and I am it. This alien cat named Amezizuk is me and I am him. Just because they have names doesn't change that they're valid.
