He's german ... or from ( insert some not canonically existent germany inspired region here ) . He was born in Unova tho so..

He makes use of the language barrier this gives him with most people he meets .

He's " german " from his mother's side of the family . Which technically also means I have to headcanon Bronius as " german " so that's a thing now ..
