again y'all don't know them- but uh they're my Ocs that been with me for long time. I'll eventually post their actual designs but Anyways here's Blue (Bluebell), Lilian and Ferry as trolls ✨

Floyd is Gay and has a crush on Hickory

He is dead afraid of Velvet and Veneer

He and Branch are the closest out of the five brothers

Floyd has trust issues

Floyd has an ex-boyfriend but broke up with him

He is scared that his ex-boyfriend would come and get him

He has nyctophobia and has to sleep with either Branch or a plushie

Floyd has an earring that Chenille made for him, which represents his sexuality

The earring is of a blue love heart with the male sign 🩵♂️

Floyd shows hints that he is gay but the Brozone brothers don't really see it or realise that he is

Floyd writes songs for the band but is afraid to show them to his brothers

Branch would comfort Floyd whenever he's having a bad day

The only Trolls that know about Floyd's sexuality and ex-boyfriend are Satin, Chenille and Queen Barb

Floyd isn't the type to prank but sometimes John Dory and Clay usually drag him along even if he doesn't want to

Floyd is afraid to stand up to himself whenever his brothers are arguing

Floyd is being taught DJing by Dj Suki but he is currently struggling at it

Floyd is deeply afraid of heights, so he would have to be with John Dory in case they go on any theme park rides

Floyd isn't very sociable like his brothers, but he tries to make some friends and it usually fails

Poppy comes to rehearsals to see the Brozone brothers practice for any concert

Final headcanon! Floyd would usually babysit Spruce's children whenever he and Brandi are busy!

hi tumblr! fun fact about my trollsona, is that they used to be much brighter and more eye-catching like poppy and the others, kind of like this but better colour-picked.

what happened? well after being raised by the funk trolls half of their life, they got curious, stepped outside, got bullied by some snooping rock trolls, and lost their way. they couldn't find the funk-ship (as i like to call it) after that.

they quickly paled in colour as they realized what the world around them had come to, almost greying at some points; but eventually they accidentally found the pop troll village and were forcibly welcomed to stay.

then they slipped away on their own to meet branch, and everything else goes down from there- (they're still prone to greying temporarily any point, though in the first movie when poppy and the others greyed, they didn't.)

so basically they're like the opposite of branch; instead of brightening if any positive emotion comes along, they dull further if any negative emotion comes along, even going as far as greying temporarily sometimes.

also yes they were born a pop troll technically, however they were generously raised by king quincy and queen essence; and also found out pretty early on that because of the way they were born, they physically cannot sing (because it hurts their throat). soo yeah, quiet pop-funk troll who can't sing and makes mixtapes and the occasional original beat. and is basically branch's perfect non-biological sibling- (and is also shipped with hickory because i cannot resist that man.)

So, they're forming a 'lil group of misfit character, each of them having a reason to leave their home !

Sept doesn't know how to sing, Divi can't perform in front of people, Rythme hates crowds, Icey's tone deaf and Firefly's mute. Their differences are what bring them together and made them a found family !

Oh, and they also meet way before the event of the second movie, so they weren't very happy about hanging around trolls of other tribes at first.

I also wanted to include a classic troll, but I don't have many ideas for their design so maybe later...

I just wanted to ask, what did the Funk Trolls think of the pop trolls before Cooper showed up? Also can you tell us a bit more about Cooper's reunion with his family? ( I'm just guessing that Queen Essence is the blood heir while King Quincy is more like King Consort Quincy.)

ABSOLUTELY I CAN!!!

So, the Funk Trolls keep mostly to themselves, like the other troll tribes. But they took it even a step further by building their ship, which like Queen Essence says, sorta keeps them “above it all”. Because of infighting, disagreements, and overall intolerance that grew between the tribes due to their isolation from each other, the Funk Trolls ultimately decided to build this place to escape it all. Due to this, they’re hardly ever seen by the other troll tribes, thus Hickory calling them “elusive”. But I will say they teach peace and harmony on their ship, and they aren’t as intolerant of other trolls as say, some of the Country Trolls.

They do have a good idea as to what’s going on, however, checking in on the other tribes every so often by chatting with sub-genre trolls who pass through their territory.

As to what they thought of Pop… They didn’t. The Pop Trolls going missing had become almost a Trolling’s tale amongst most Troll Tribes. Nobody really knew what happened to them, but at the same time… Nobody looked. Pop Trolls were thought to be greedy, sneaky, and a bit air-headed, and the fear was if they found the other tribes, they’d just steal their music again. So nobody went to find them.

Truth be told, if Cooper hadn’t reunited with his family BEFORE they spotted Poppy and them on the raft… They likely never would have found the Funk Trolls, because the Funk Trolls simply wouldn’t have interacted with them. But Cooper’s reunion and subsequent detailing of how the Pop Trolls saved and raised him, a Troll different from their own tribe, despite their own hardships at the time (maybe a year after they escaped from the Troll Tree), changed their hearts.

Their reunion was very heartfelt. It was Prince D who spotted his brother standing dazed in the Glittersand Desert, and made his parents land. And they were absolutely elated. Cooper and his father have very similar types of humor, immediately cracking jokes, and Queen Essence could not stop smooching him! Prince D was already planning out some twin pranks they could pull…

Cooper explained everything in the way Cooper would: Dramatically, and with a big smile on his face! His parents were horrified to say the least when they heard where Pop had been all this time. Queen Essence (who you’re right, is the blood Queen), was already considering going against her ancestor’s laws that preach staying out of other troll’s affairs, and going to find the Pop Trolls to help them, when Cooper spotted Poppy on the raft with Prince D.

All super fun stuff that I could not for the life of me try to find a way to tie into the story, so I’m SO glad you asked! Seriously, I got a whole WORLD in my head, it’s crazy in here!
