Quick rant but im sure other people can relate. To everyone who gets weirded out or confused by Asexuals.. Why tf does our sex life and sexuality concern you? We told you we don't feel sexual attraction or want to have sex, and you respond with "Well how do you know if you've never tried it?". Shut your fucking mouth, okay?🖤 We are not your little sexual objects, and on that matter, stop fetishizing the fact that most of us are virgins because of our preference. Ive dealt with men before who i told i was Asexual to, they only kept asking and bringing up my asexuality like it bothered them, and kept trying to pressure me. Quick tip from Mama, if you keep acting like someone's hatred or disinterest in sex bothers you...its pretty fucking clear you only want to get in their pants, and you have no respect for them as a human being with their own preferences and boundaries. Our sex life should **NOT** concern you. It's our buisness, and ours only. Its the same if i went up to you and said "Hey how often do you like to get pounded?" its weird. So don't ask/tell us: "They must've been bad in bed, i can change your mind." ,"How do you know if you've never had sex before?", "Oh are you a R@pe victim?", " But you've never been intimate before", "One night with me", "Have you even ever had sex before?" "Then how are you going to have children?" (I swear its like some people don't know what adoption is..). In no circumstance are these ANY appropriate things to say to anyone at that matter. Keep in mind, at the time when i first got comfortable coming out as an Asexual i was FOURTEEN. And i got asked these things. You were concerned about a MINOR'S... Sex life. Pretty fucking creepy. Not only that but i remember a conversation going exactly like this with a my aunt's friend who keep in mind is a 46 year old woman, asking a 14 year old this: Her: "Holy shit...I had to take a double glance because you are so beautiful. Looks like you came straight out of a vampire movie girl." Me: "oh thank you!" Her: bet you get the boys all riled up? Me: "Oh i swing more towards girls actually.." Her: "Oh thats hot, so do I.. How many women have you slept with?" Me: "...um. Im..Asexual, i haven't..like.." Her: "...so you've never had sex? Then how do you know?"

At that point my mom had to literally interrupt the conversation, because an adult should under no circumstance say that to a 14 year old. Now i don't know if she was trying to groom me, or if she was just being fucking weird. But before any homophobes talk shit because it was a woman saying this to a child, this has happened to me with BOTH men and women. People in general... Make me sick. So to anyone who is creepy like that, Fuck you.
