Bruce picked up a bit of a British dialect from being raised by Alfred. It's not usually noticeable, but sometimes he slips up and uses Britishisms and phrases that Alfred used to.

What kind of disguise would Buffy wear as a dc superhero?
Buffy wears her day clothes to patrol in her series but in a comic or animated show she would need to wear a outfit that is easily recognised.
It should also hide her identity. Buffy still has somewhat of a private life and I think she would like to keep it that way.
I personally think she wouldn’t wear a full body costume but more something like Zatanna.
But is should still suit her style…

Okay hear me out on this : Buffy Summers and Jason Todd as best friends.
They bond over the shared traumatic experience, that is crawling out your own grave after you were dead for a longer time period and how this changes you pretty dramatically.
Both Buffy and Jason always had more problems to deal with than most other kids their age, but at the start of their story, they are both portrayed as sunshine characters. Sure they both had sad moments and difficult times in their child soldier phase, before their deaths but after…
Anyway this is why I think we should talk about Buffy in Gotham instead of Danny phantom

Yeah, as someone who used to be a gothamite, this is what goons looked like, I actually recognize the guy in the blue jacket, his name is John, he’s surprisingly nice for a henchman.
I'm sorry but I will never ever use goon as slang for a guy who jacks off a lot or whatever it apparently means now. A goon is a guy in a clown mask and purple tank top who sees a caped crusader swooping down to beat up him and his buddies and yells "IT'S DA FREAKIN' BAT!" and I will accept nothing else.
Clark Kent vs Gotham’s Rogues

Batman’s enemies find out the Bat has a thing with Metropolis’ reporter Clark Kent. So decide to try to kill him (without success)
He is either always saved by Batman, the shots never land, he survives accidents without problem, the guns used to try to kill him always break or people suffer head injuries before landing their shots.
After so many failed attempts people begin to think Clark is a meta, but with some sort of Luck manipulation ability.
Clark and Bruce catch wind of this and go: task failed successfully I guess.
another Gothamite Headcannon because why not?
they are always looking out for each other. And I mean always. (Unless you’re shit, then you will be collectively rejected and, in their words, ‘hung out for the bats’ (in other words: no one will help you now, just hope it’s Batman and not Red Hood))
however this intense (and warranted) protection leads to misunderstandings between Gotham and other cities. A few examples follow:
Gotham thoughts: they brought a knife to our date? They must want me to know they’re ready to protect me! I mean I can protect myself but it’s super sweet!
anyone else: why do they have a knife?! Should I be worried?!
and continuing that with a gas mask (they want to make sure I have an updated one for when I need it!/are they planning a gas attack or in league with someone bad?!) and so many other stuff is the reason the Gotham residents, heard wearing but sweethearts have such a bad rep. That and the people who have been ‘hung out for the bats’
every gothamite and I mean EVERY gothamite could figure out who the bats were in an instant if they tried. However there is a rule of plausible deniability in Gotham. You saw a vigilante take of their mask and might recognise their face? I’m afraid your eyes were hurt in the last Rogue attack. You heard them slip up and use real names instead of code names? Yeah, your headphones are definitely noise cancelling, you heard NOTHING.
Idk this just feels so fun like imagine a situation where a vigilante accidentally crashes into a gothamite’s residence and does something that could expose them (loose a mask, say a real name etc) and the gothamites just there like. Nah. I heard nothing. I saw nothing. I’m saying nothing.

he immediately goes home to practice flourishing his cape, and orders 1000 candles and a canal boat. He also vows to protect gotham - his beautiful, dramatic, campy gothic city - from becoming anything like the neo-futuristic eyesore that is metropolis.
also, ever since then, when he's feeling particularly melodramatic, he'll play the title song, and sing the "dun dun dun"s as "nuh nuh nuh"s, imagining it's his theme song.

bruce being batman is the most POORLY kept secret in the history of gotham. The only ones who havent figured it out are all the villains this kid fights
except for Harley Quinn. She has self care days with bruce every Wednesday.

I've been thinking and I have seen quite an influx w/ Peter finding himself in Goth city and struggling™ and I kinda got inspired(who wouldn't tbh) and wanna do one for funsies?
if anyone's interested, I have planned up to 10-ish chapters and it's going somewhere at the very least ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and I would like to know if anyone's interested in seeing what i've come up w/ so far in better detailing??:3
