This is how I sort of envision the scene in the books where Alina shows her powers at the Winter Fete (I honestly forgot whether she wore black or had insisted on the blue kefta at the fete, but I liked the blue better, sooo) Also note: The painting is much larger, but I had to downsize the file for uploading (I do like to work with a ridiculously high pixel size, so it's my fault really), but I hope the quality is okay lol

Nadia bumped my shoulder with her own. "There are worse things than a prince."

"True."

"Better things too," Tamar said. She shoved a cobalt lace gown at Nadia. "Try this one on."

Nadia held it up. "Are you out of your head? The bodice might as well be cut to the navel."

I’m just thinking about Sankta Neyar and The Disciple again. I have a few fic ideas in mind (one of them being a femslash version of this couple). But, for a worldbuilding sense the notorious art thief’s origin would determine a lot of different factors. I’d love y’all’s thoughts on the matter. Thanks in advance.
