Imagine hating Black Friday. Imagine hearing:

Last year, when your wife passed, I was thinking of going to the funeral. Stanley said he'd rather see me dead than hanging around Tom Houston again. Something about that woke something up inside of me. Because when we went our separate ways, it was fine because it was us, but who was he to keep us apart? So that night, I fought back. He chased me out of the house and into the woods. He was the one who brought the knife. It's funny, Stanley's the one that made me go to nursing school. That's why I knew where his femoral artery was. Not sure if I hit it, but I left him out there. Maybe he crawled somewhere for help, maybe he died in those woods. You say you killed your family? I hope I killed mine. So, Tom, you've got to forgive yourself. 'Cause if you don't, how's anyone ever gonna forgive me?”

Are we the same person?? I watched avpm and avps like right before 8th grade and was obsessed with the very potter musicals specifically for like a year, and then watched tgwdlm when it came out I think my sophmore year of high school? It was that that got me obsessed with starkid as a whole, and I've been a huge fan ever since!! I love how this show brought so many people to this fandom and now we get to watch it again after being in love with them already!
Although had some little bit of experience with starkid (seen some memes, heard the song Twisted, my cousin showed me avpm), The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals is what actually got me into Starkid, back in fall 2019, my freshman year of high school. I'm so unbelievably excited for the remount!

Also, if we raise more money than the original kickstarter (let’s be real, we will) then they can do the show how they wanted to. The way it should’ve been done. I’m so pleased for us but I’m really just pleased for Starkid and the Langs in particular. This is so lovely.

AJ Holmes - unlikely probably, but like he would be PERFECT come on!
Joe Walker - also unlikely, but I lowkey think he'd be good and I just miss Joe ok 😭
James Tolbert - he wasn't in the og TGWDLM and he can dance and has that flare that Robert's Hidgens had and would probably do amazing
Mariah Rose Faith - gender swapped Hidgens ‼️ she's played him before and did AMAZING and besides she's not in any scenes that Hidgens was in so it would work out
Curt Mega - honestly I didn't think about this before I saw someone mention it, but I'd be so here for that. And again, he wasn't in the og TGWDLM so there'd be no problems there
Jeff Blim - honestly, I LOVED his Hidgens in Workin' Boys, but this would probably only work if they also recast Sam or Mr. Davidson or something because he already sings like 80% of this show and it would be too much if he also played Hidgens soo probably wouldn't happen
Honestly the thing I'm most excited about for this revival is to see who they cast as Hidgens lmao
