I think someone should make a fic where Jon ends up becoming The Distortion, as a treat <3
Like when Micheal came and was like "ooo open my door and let kill you, Archivist, it is definitely the better option you have right now" it isn't locked and Jon actually does end up inside the corridors but like he just got Michaels statement so what if he just... Slowly worked his way to its heart? And as he did, he was slowly being eaten by The Corridors until there was just enough of Jonathan Sims to reach the heart and Become it! Like imagine how the others would react at this point in the timeline! How would Elias react? Tim? Melanie? Martin?
And what would happen with Micheal in this? Would he be fully replaced like in canon with Helen or would something else happen? Would there be two half's of the distortion if Jon didn't fully merge with it and if Micheal was more stable emotionally/physically?
Ngl if I ever get around to writing something this might be something I'll write a one shot of or something <3
