"Tadpole to Tadpole Communication" is written in an arc over an image of The Grinch, smiling. Purple energy surrounds the image as well as Karlach and Astarion's heads. Karlach is holding two fingers to her temple. Astarion looks stunned.
Karlach, looking sheepish, is asked by Shadowheart "What did you say?" while in the background, sobbing is written in large font above Astarion's tent.

This has been in my mind since August but I couldn't figure out which character would say it. Then I started a Karlach Origin run and realized: Karlach. Karlach has a face that knows what The Grinch is.
