Two speech bubbles are next to Sabo, one with a red 'X' in it and the other with a very stylized Dragon Claw (Sabo's signature move), indicating how he's insisting that the reason why he lost is because he doesn't do Fishman Karate anymore but rather focuses on perfecting his other skills.

Sabo Week Day 4 - Memories

given my inability to draw anything thats even remotely sad (or emotional in any way), i went with teen sabo and teen koala for today :3

based on my headcanon that sabo isn't that good at fishman karate- well, he is, but he got rusty after focusing on other types of combat with dragon- so koala would always spar with him only to kick his butt everytime, resulting in sabo growing frustrated. definitely a cherished memory for him

You've gotta love your fellow humans more than you hate the worst that humanity has to offer. You don't have to like every person you're fighting for, and you sure as hell don't have to give up your righteous anger, but hate is ultimately corrosive.
