Crank Green World Hippo Day Cut and Assemble Hat/Headband Pattern
My favorite holiday is world hippo day, February 15th, which falls during the project for awesome this year. To celebrate world hippo day Ive been making some crafts that I thought some folks here might enjoy as well, and this is by far the most *abstract*. Attached are 8.5" x 11" patterns for print and assemble Crank Green Hippo Hats, which is simply put: Hank Green, as a crab, as a hippopotamus, as a Hat. There is a black and white coloring book version and a pre-colored version. For best results print on cardstock and assemble using staples, but tape and copy paper will also work! Hugging Hippo Crafts
Attached are 8.5" x 11" patterns for printable Hugging Hippo Crafts, perfect for World Hippo Day on February 15th! There is a black and white coloring book version and a pre-colored version! When you fold the arms of the hippos in they can "hold" cool things like notes or candy. This year, 2025, World Hippopotamus Day falls during an event called the Project for Awesome. This event raises money for organizations that fight to do a lot of good in the world, like Save The Children and Partners in Health. There is a black and white coloring book version and a pre-colored version. For best results print on cardstock and assemble using staples, but tape and copy paper will also work! I am deeply, deeply terrified of Beanie Sandfurbs, and this hat makes me question many of my life decisions. There are non bean versions posted on my blog as well, but why wear a non bean hat when you could wear a bean hat?
