This is that giraffe bottle i was talking about in case anyone else with complex needs wants it. It's pretty cool and I'm definitely keeping it in mind for when I eventually DO need to transition to something that doesn't need to be picked up at all.

Hey guys, drink your water alright?

Like, just 2-3 cups or bottles a day, at any time throughout the day. Doesn’t have to be all at once. Just sip it if you want.

Your body doesn’t just hurt out of nowhere, it’s telling you something. Not nearly enough people drink sufficient levels of water a day.

In addition to letting you sweat and not burn up, water is active in the smallest aspects of your body, the respiration of cells. Not to mention it’s use in maintaining blood pressure and keeping your organs from sticking to each other. (Yes that can happen and it sucks, feels like a dang heart attack)

Please just drink water, it’s such a small thing you can do to make your life and health that much better.
