Inktober 2024 - Landmark

Big ol' thank you to whoever came up with a second meaning for “landmark”, I would die trying to somehow connect my characters to the pyramids or another French tower xDD

I'll end Inktober with a rather personal look at the path I went through in my relationship with myself. I can't be forever mad at the little me for not knowing better. That doesn't define the present me. I can only try to be everything she lacked <3 She was brave long enough, now it's my turn to make us proud <3

Some time ago, I learned that people can become REALLY ANGRY if you confuse instruments from the violin family, so…. time to upset some violinists! >:DDDD

Fun fact: Stal, the rabbit thing, is generally a very aloof and stoic person who looks dignified and wise in their words, but if you get under theirs skin well enough, a little vulgar boor comes out of them and it's damn funny for anyone who likes to watch the little snob crack and become what they usually despises xDD Apparently, confusing string instruments works on them in that way~

My stupid laptop isn't able to connect to the internet (all the other devices in the house very much are), so all I can offer is a picture of the screen taken with my seven-year-old phone XDDD

I don't have time to wrestle with my laptop right now because I have to get up for work early, but when the internet comes back I'll upload a decent non phone-made version. I'll keep this one too because it's hilarious as fuck XDDD

Not to mention that I feel like redesigning them a bit, like I did with Srebrna for ArtFight ;D Someday they will get their refs...

This could be a fun use of the theme, cause the rabbitthing name is Stal, which means steel in Polish. As you can see, this particular Stal is not stainless xd

I won't be modest, this is a hella awesome drawing xD

I actually really like drawing my characters so small. Of course I love drawing them all kinds of details and, I don't know, weird faces, but these little tiny folks… they kind of melt me. Well, and they are easier/quicker to draw, that could also be a reason why I like them so much xDD

I really like the campfire at night in the woods. Few things can be so cozy and disturbing at the same time XDDD

Lore describes Srebrna as a shapeshifter with fairly limited abilities to change, but I think everyone deserves to turn into a woolly rhinoceros from time to time <3

But for real, whoever designed the woolly rhino created a masterful design <3 It was too good to survive tho ;-;

Inktober 2024 - Journal

Today was definitely a day and I thought I would not be able to finish this drawing in time. The original concept was in fact completely different, but when I was walking home I met a hedgehog and I was reminded of a kinda vent message I once sent to a good buddy regarding another hedgehog I met on the way home after bad day and well… I figured if I kept a journal or diary of some sort it would more or less look like this xD

If anyone can't decipher my handwriting, the text in the picture reads:

"Today was the most fcked up day it could ever be, I was so done from every damn thing, but as I was walking home late evening, night in fact, a little hedgehog crossed the sidewalk in front of me, small, quiet step step step and jumped into grass, and the grass waved gently as the hedgehog walked through it, the light of the lantern shone on the blades, so the day wasn't so bad actually, it was wonderful even" Yeah xD

Also a tiny drawing of a smiling sun, because one homie threatened me with physical violence if I didn't draw it xDDD

Baby Srebrna, a dirty piggy sitting in the mud xD

Based on childhood days, when on rainy days my mom would dress us in wellies and some old clothes and let us jump in puddles and play in the mud. Next to one of the playgrounds, by the merry-go-round, there was always such a big puddle of mud, with earthworms, slugs and snails all around. I liked to make mud castles for them ;3

Still have soft spot for this memories~

I literally forgot to post this drawing, what.

The lore is that I typed “horizon” into Google to have some nice pictures as a reference, and the first thing that popped up for me was the manhwa "The Horizon", because Google knows I'm a stupid comics lover xDD Well, and I was hit with sadness, because it's a sad story. So I decided to include it in a drawing xD Also this silly smiling sun, because I got attached to it.

I truly recommend "The Horizon", it's great, my life is destroyed <3 Drawing unsponsored (but it should tbh)

Stal is the type of aloof person who likes theirs personal space and doesn't like to be bothered. Jerry, on the other hand, is the type of person who stands right in front of your face, likes other people's personal space and bothering. They definitely get along well <3 Sometimes. Occasionally. From time to time for sure <3

This is so stupid chfjdkmfdmdgjg At first I just wanted to draw Srebrna setting out to live a nomadic life with a bindle in her muzzle, towards adventure! But this silly idea was too funny for me xD Jerry being Jerry, what can I say?

It may not be the most beautiful drawing I've done, but I had a great time making it xDDD A summary of this summer's weather and my honest opinion about it <3

I like to think that Stal hates the heat so much that they refuses to die to flip the sun off xDDDDDD Very much in character~

Finally, a walk where Fatty Snail doesn't die xD (because he's sitting on Srebrna's back, that stinkin' lazy).

The characters from left to right are Jerry aka Fleas, Stal the rabbitsomething, Srebrna the wolfdogsomething and Fatty Snail. I think it's good to introduce them, as there aren't too many drawings with them on this account yet xd They're all more or less my sonas, on different things or something. I have a lot of fun with them <3

Inktober 2024 - Trek

Srebrna may be short and chubby, but she has paws of steel and can walk all day long like nothing. Fatty Snail, on the other hand, has neither physical condition nor even legs.

The canon is that each of my OCs/sonas is shapeshifter to some degree. Srebrna minimally, but Fatty Snail can modify his body quite a bit, e.g.: get longer or grow arms. The only thing it can't grow is legs. Because it's damn funny xDD Additional lore: The Fatty Snail is called that not because he is actually physically fat. He is made of fat. You can fry French fries on him ✨

Srebrna's observing what the hell did I do today (I worked from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and was at a campfire from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. with good buddies and good buddy's buddies I didn't really know, but it was fun anyway) (We actually split into two groups because our vibe was a little different, but it wasn't too bad) (I ate such good sausages, and the campfire was so so warm) (Damn, I'm so tired) (I'm going to bed)

My life is based on discovering that there are species of cool amphibians that I have never heard of before xD Dear folks, here I hand you a creature with the Polish name “odmieniec jaskiniowy”, although personally I prefer its English name which is ✨olm✨ I've wanted to draw this beautiful nastiness for a long time and here is the opportunity xD Everyone should know about the existence of olms <3 Fun fact! Along time ago, when a intense rain washed some olms out of the underground waters, people thought they were some kind of baby dragons xd I love the idea honestly <3

A little note: They shouldn't be taken out of the water, it harms them as much as harms axolotls ;c So I drew some bubbles around Srebrna that she is supposedly underwater xD Lack of oxygen and the possibility of drowning won't stop her from meeting the olm

Srebrna and Stal are feeling very fashionable lately~

Vaguely based on the memory of my mean nasty rabbit trying to get into my winter boots, for whatever reason she had. And was so angry when I placed them so that she couldn't reach them xD Well, Srebrna and especially Stal are in a bit of a reverse situation - I'm sure they really want to get out of the boots xD
