I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get in contact with people from Iran my friend lives their and I'm so worried about her and I have no way of contacting her we communicated through whatsapp but as we know iran has restricted whatsapp and instagram and other apps I just want to know If she's okay any help would be appreciated greatly

I can reach my friends via Telegram. I've heard Signal is safe and encrypted as well.
But I'm not a tech wizard. Please, can anyone help anon with more ideas and ways to contact friends in Iran! ?
