I got on with the journal! I skipped some pages, went ahead to “colour” the front page. And it was so much fun! I got to admit i am kind of a perfectionist 😕, so i decided to try and not care and just fill the front page with paper scraps i had laying around without caring much fòr the outcome. It turned out really nice though, I love the look 😍 Also its does feel good to just do whatever I possible can come up with to the book, it is extremely refreshing!!

You seldom start a journey with hopes of being somewhere, excitement of meeting someone and the thirst to be around your people.
So did I want to be in a place where no matter how crazy I become it would be fine.
Because I was going "home" where there were "my people"
Mistaken was I that it would not matter.
Because I just was an obligation they could not say no to.
The excitement was one sided and so were the hopes.
Even before reaching I want this journey to end
My destination never to come.
I want to go back and never return.
This was a bad idea but now I cant turn back.
I dont want this vaccation
I dont wanna go "home"
I love my friends. I love them all so much. They make me so happy, and they make life seem like a wonder. I spent time with them yesterday and it really made me feel so much better about myself, and we got to talk and laugh and hug. I just really love my friends. I never thought this would be possible. Five years ago I thought I would be dead before I ever got to college and yet here I am, living and loving. It’s all for them. It’s all because of them 💜

Earlier this week I hit 150 days straight on my goal app. This little app has helped me so much when it comes to getting things done and reminding myself to take time for me. 150 days isn’t too many when it’s over the year, but I haven’t missed a day since I started using it. Finch has really given me a sense of consistency and success. (Not sponsored, I just really love this app.) So congratulations to me! I’m making so much progress and doing well.
