Keito coming to check up on the state of the EiRaRei dorm and he walks in on Aira sitting on his bed with his earphones in trying to cancel out the noise of Eichi and Rei discussing the matter of why exactly Rei isn't allowed to sleep in a coffin but Eichi can have his life-like, 1.80m Wataru doll in their dorm room which is, "objectively speaking", way more of a disturbance than Rei simply sleeping in a coffin to rest his "poor old man" bones.
Keito turns around and leaves immediately.
