Maybe that is what makes us like the smell of new books, of new clothes.
maybe that's what's so conforting of travelling somewhere else. Maybe that's what's so conforting of staying at a new hotel, with It's empty feeling and repeated halls.
maybe that's so conforting about a blank piece of paper.
You can write over it.
Make something entirely new.
And if it fails, you can always take another sheet.
Sometimes, i wish i was brand new too. So i could write over my mistakes and feel the fresh air again.
