Hahahahahaha well is worse that what I thought, adding the larrieopocalypse(thanks God I can see it because I wouldn't be able to write that if not) to my calendar!!
Wait, I still don't understand what that "larriepocalypse" is all about 💀💀
starting ages ago, several blogs started getting these anons that would come and tell us the larriepocalypse (actually, technically, they are ALWAYS the larrieopocaplypse, but i just... can't bring myself to type that tbh) and what's funny is they started out SUPER MENACING. like really rude and mean and saying that larries would leave forever after what was going to happen etc etc. it was ridiculous so while some posted them to be like see, they're going to everyone! most who got them deleted them and ignored it, went on their way. but as time went on they just... kept coming? and we were like, okay, but wasn't that supposed to have already happened? and yet we're still here... lolllll it became a joke.
in the past year or two, the asks have gotten shorter and while some are still clearly meant in joy to bask in the mass exodus of larries that will be coming "soon", most are like the ones i've gotten tonight. short and to the point.
i've never gotten a flat out date before, though. so that was a new and fun thing! haha and i've never gotten a follow up with a "hint" either, so it's really interesting the change in the tone despite that horrific spelling remaining the same.
all the same, the larrie(o)pocalypse is apparently coming march 1, so get prepared, because my favorite holiday that never happens is gonna be postponed again on march 1!
