hi! i just found your blog and i’m excited to read more of what you’ve written :) could i request a markiplier x female reader (established relationship) where the reader has a bad parent situation but hasn’t told mark yet, and he one day brings up meeting her family and she’s all hesitant but he pushes, not realizing the reason she’s hesitant, so they go to dinner with her parents (who she doesn’t talk to often) and they are awful to her and mark and they leave early so he can comfort the reader? sorry for that literally being so long hahaha

Although, he continued to pester you. Not that you minded, you just.. didn't want him to meet your parents.

Eventually, he convinced you to give in and ask about having dinner that weekend.

Mark wasn't home when you asked, mostly because you knew how your parents would respond.

And your assumption was correct.

You told them you had a boyfriend, they asked how long you'd been together, you'd told them.

Then they started to yell at you, as expected.

Eventually, they agreed to the dinner. But you could just feel how your mother rolled her eyes, how your father stomped off as they both did when you were young.

At the dinner, you subtly made motions to show Mark that you'd rather die than stay there longer.

Your parents continuously made rude and harsh remarks that made Mark... kind of astonished that any parent could say that to a child.

🖋️ He was having some writers block recently, he felt his plotlines becoming weaker by each paragraph. They didn’t read as scary as he wanted anymore and the tension didn’t last. So he decided he needed a change of scenery, a break from horror. Romance maybe?

🖋️ He went out for a stroll for inspiration. With every couple he passed, his eyes narrowed in thought. Honestly it was getting redundant, he was definitely coming up with ideas but wasn’t seeing any eye-catching people. He didn’t even give them chances because he knew if he thought up their own stories they’d be nothing more than boring.

🖋️ Then he saw you. Doing whatever the hell you were doing. He didn’t even realize it at first but he was definitely attracted to you in some way. Physically? Aesthetically? Emotionally? He had no clue which one but he definitely had a clue of one thing, you’d be great for his story.

🖋️ Oh you poor, poor soul. You woke up that next morning to a chilling breeze, only to find yourself on a tree stump in the middle of goddamn nowhere.

🖋️ The voice in your head was an immediate red flag. “[name] grazed their hands across the surface of the daisies that surrounded them.” You crossed your arms. “Nope.”

🖋️ Yeah… he didn’t expect you to be this resistant. It was sad really. He had a whole thing planned, you being a curious one exploring the area around you, finding a monster and befriending it until it ultimately YES HE PLANNED A MONSTER AND HUMAN ROMANCE HES TRYING NEW THINGS-

🖋️ This ultimately left you in the woods to your own devices. It was scary to be honest, he just was GONE. Damn, right when the sun began to set too.

🪨 Stinky!! /derogatory. If he were a cartoon he'd constantly have green stink lines following him.

🪨 It's actually a miracle this caveman didn't rip all your limbs off as soon as he saw you on his turf.

🪨 Probably a Tarzan situation, maybe you were camping or something and came across him, or maybe you were actively looking for him. Whatever the situation is, he's not a fan of trespassers.

🪨 Give him Takis as a sign of peace and he'll probably spare you. Oh- and make sure to not talk or approach until he's done with the bag, he'll think you're trying to capture him.

🪨 Also no flash photography (he'll break your damn phone-).

🪨 And istg if you hold out Takis and go "pspspsps" you better hope he doesn't bite your fingers off.

🪨 After befriending him, he's kind of like a guard dog. Always by your side when you're wandering the forest, will twist an animal's head off if they even try to approach, he even barks.

🪨 He's definitely fascinated by you in some way, not your clothes, or the size of your hand against his, but you.

🪨 Every time you visit the first thing he does is aggressively sniff you, Y'know.. to see where you've been. If he smells food he gets excited because he thinks it's for him.

🪨 He also rubs himself against you and your stuff every time you visit, making sure everything with a sense of smell knows you're not for picking.

🪨 He doesn't take too kindly to your restrictive "clothes" so don't be pissed off when he rips apart any shirts or even pants you try to give him.

🪨 He doesn't really speak, he mostly grunts, except for "Hee" "Hoo" and "Annus". Maybe you could teach him more.

🪨 After a while he'll probably give you a nickname, and it'll be just a specific grunting noise or something that sounds close to a word, but it definitely won't be your name.

🪨 He can't cook the animals he captures so he has to eat them raw every time, please give him food :(

🪨 This mf with scarf down ANYTHING you give him (except the Takis). Uses his hands to eat, chews sloppily with his mouth open, but he also leaves no crumbs. What a gentleman!

🪨 DO NOT touch him unless he touches you first! You need that confirmation. If you don't wait and just touch him, he'll spin around and shout in your face.

🪨 Oddly enough, even though he doesn't like being touched first, he's also a cuddler. When it's dark and you're both by the fire, he snuggles up to you (mainly for warmth) and rests his chin on your shoulder.

🪨 He's a LOUD snorer. It's like a train call, just "HEAAAAAAAA-" but it turns out to be an unintentional defense mechanism, it scares everything else away.

🪨 For the safety of the people you plan to tell, don't tell them. Don't even post about it online, people will find him (he's still Mark and he's been missing for god knows how long).

🪨 He's just a simple creature now, living the best life he can create for himself. The last thing he wants is to be crowded by a bunch of people. This is Hee Hoo's choice, even if the Mark inside isn't mentally present right now.

🎆 He doesn't really call you petnames, but he does OCCASIONALLY call you: My Princess / My Prince / My Noble. It doesn’t matter if you’re actually royalty or not.

🎆 Does a deep and serious voice every time he’s “being evil” and even when he’s bossing his servants around. The voice gives him a very commanding and intimidating presence.

🎆 But when he’s not “being evil” or when he’s speaking with you, he stops it. His usual voice is usually very gentle, yet firm.

🎆 He mostly does necromancy, but he also practices the usual wizardry. So expect him to preform little things for you, tricks, summoning gifts, etc..

🔪 Although if you’re uncomfortable with the topic of murder, he will try to refrain himself. He might slip up every now and then but he eventually catches himself.

Dark: Chess

I think he would enjoy how complex and mentally challenging it can be

Chess is also considered a relaxation game for some people

So I wonder if maybe he’ll play chess in order to calm himself down when the other egos (or someone/something else) is driving him up a wall

If you play chess and you’re good at it, you’d probably be his favorite opponent

If you don’t know how to play, he’d be happy to teach you

He’s always happy to spend time with his darling

Wilford: Pie Face or Headbands

It depends on his mood

One moment he’ll be taking the risk of being hit with whipped cream, the next he’ll be crying because of memories of “That Night”

He’s haunted by his past and it really does affect what he can and cannot play at times 

When he’s not in the mood for Pie Face, he’ll sometimes play a fun little game like Headbands

A guessing game that can become very chaotic very quickly

It’s a way to get more money for his “luxurious” lifestyle 

If you play with him, trust that he’ll be flaunting his victories in your face

If he loses, he’ll act like it never happened or give a lame excuse as to why he lost

If you don’t play, that’s probably for the best

But at the same time, if he’s playing against other people and you’re with him, he’ll use you as a kind of “good luck charm” instead of a competitor

It kinda matches up with his musical hobby

Since charades is a game of movement and guessing, he’d probably enjoy it

Also, it’s a multiplayer game so he could play with his fellow prisoners

If everyone is busy, you can play with him, just the two of you

He’d figure out how to say “I love you” in body movements without using sign language or actually touching you

He has limited space when he packs for an adventure

If he’s going to take a game to play while he’s out and about, it should NOT take up much room him his bag

That’s why card games are his favorite

They are very entertaining and don’t take up much room

Even a simple deck of playing cards can go a long way

He loves playing with you, his partner and girlfriend

It’s nice to play with someone rather than being stuck in a single player game for a long time

It’s like practice for his job but it’s a game

Those tiny pieces are especially tricky and he LOVES it 

He feels very happy and accomplished when he completes the entire game without getting Cavity Sam’s nose to light up

If you play the game with him, then expect him to guide your hands from behind

Like that romantic yet annoying thing that couples do when one of them is working on something

He gets really close, his whole body pressed up against yours

When you successfully extract a tough object, he’ll whisper praises in your ear

If he wants to really make you flustered, he’ll nibble on your ear and kiss your neck

Anyway, he likes to extend his knowledge by playing this game

It helps improve what he could potentially expect one of his “brothers” or you could ask him at any time

If you decide to play with him, he’ll enjoy seeing your facial reactions when you read off the answers, or seeing your smile when you get something right

He might be a robot and not fully able to understand the concept of love

But he truly enjoys spending time with you, someone who treats him just like a normal person

It’s something that makes him feel human

It’s goofy, funny, and at times inappropriate, just like him

It’s a game he can enjoy with a lot of people
