Friendly reminder that Mark shouldn’t have to censor his own creativity or change what HE wants to do with HIS friends on HIS YouTube channel just because an insanely tiny percentage of people who might see it may have a problem with it.
I understand that some people suffer with depersonalization/derealization. I understand that some people suffer with paranoia or other such psychosis. I understand that people exist who have problems with this type of content.
But that’s not Mark’s fault, nor is it his responsibility. He can’t possibly account for every single type of neurodivergence with his channel and his content. I’m autistic with many sensory issues, and LOTS of Mark’s stuff ended up being too much for me to deal with.
But I would never tell him not to make that content, or to change that content for me, because 1: I do not need to watch it, and 2: it’s His Channel.
It sucks that not everyone can just have fun with #MarkiplierIsn’tReal. But guys, it’s not that deep. You can see him everywhere. Mark is literally a click away. He’s real, he’s having fun with a bit that he wanted to do, and he’ll be back soon with more amazing stuff.
In the meantime, just take care of yourself. But don’t try and demand he change, or act as if any of this is malicious or intentionally harmful.
Mark can do whatever he likes with his channel. The community can have fun alongside that. And if what’s happening is triggering for you, or even just bothers you?
Block the tag, get off tumblr, and ignore the videos. It’s really that simple.

Ok, so crack theory time.
We've all seen the latest "Markiplier is not real" videos and noticed that something interesting is going to reveal itself soon. But I was thinking... Mark posted a shit ton of stuff after you-know-what ended. But what if we haven't been watching Mark at all? What if the being we're watching took the real Mark? And what if... The being that took Mark in the first place was the being we called... Annus? I think that Mark has somehow upset Annus and if Ethan is not careful he could do the same.
This was just a small thought I had while watching the confessions.
