This is my main bnha dr!! I consider this to be a pretty personal desired reality because of the reasons I want to shift here.

This is probably the most intense reality I'm shifting to. In fact I've thought about it for literally 2 years before deciding to start scripting. This is the dr I'll talk about the most in my blog, so keep this in mind!!

The reason why I decided to start this blog, aside from helping me and hopefully others with motivation, was because I really wanted to talk about this dr. I needed a place where I could talk about it freely, but my notes app wasn't really doing it for me. So here I am!! And also who knows, maybe I'll find someone with a similar dr too!!

before reading: why do I want to shift to this dr? Where do I begin? Well, I absolutely hate this reality. Everything is going to shit and I really want out of here, plus I really don't like myself- but this could apply to my wr and other drs as well. So why this one in particular? In 2019, while I was making my first ever script, I immediately thought about a flawless world. Then, in 2020, I went on a 4 year shifting break. After two years, in 2022, I wasn't done with my break but I was trying to pick up shifting again. That's when I looked back at my script. Coming from an extremely flawed reality, the idea of shifting to that perfect world seemed…underwhelming. I'd feel like a coward, hiding away in a perfect world instead of fighting for a better life- I know there's nothing wrong with it, in fact my wr is some kind of perfect world, but it wouldn't be as gratifying as I'd like it to be. I absolutely hate the society I live in and I feel completely useless here. I want to go to a reality in which I serve a purpose and things actually get better. That would be a satisfying reality to go to.

So this is basically what this dr is about. A reality in which I serve a purpose, a reality in which actual justice will be served, a reality in which society at large will learn and grow from its mistakes, a reality where everyone will feel heard and have a chance at life. A reality in which the world will change into something beautiful and life will begin to feel like it's worth living, like it should.

But why bnha? Because not only I've been hyperfixating on it for an extremely long time and I'm really attached to it, but also because justice and society are really important topics in canon, so I was really drawn to it when I decided to script and go to a reality such as this.

my dr self

If you read everything until now, you're either thinking that I'm a pro-hero/hero student or you're doubting that because of the name I gave to this dr and the picture of Shigaraki at the start of this post. Well, here's the most 'controversial' part of my dr:

In this reality I'm not a hero. I'm a morally ambiguous villain.

And if you happen to have seen the post about my wr you might be wondering why I didn't put a picture of my dr self at the beginning of the post like I did in the other one.

I actually did. That's me. In this dr I'm Shigaraki Tomura.

A morally ambiguous villain that, at least in my dr, ends up actually doing something amazing.

→ “Moral ambiguity: a lack of certainty about whether something is right or wrong”

→ “Morally ambiguous refers to situations, characters, or actions that do not have clear ethical implications and can be interpreted in multiple ways.”

→ “Morally ambiguous characters can start off with good intentions and then be driven to evil by others or by society, or they can start off evil and come to redeem themselves. Alternatively, they can remain ambiguous and complex throughout the whole narrative, and leave the reader to make up their own mind about them.”

This is the most difficult part to explain about my dr, but I'm going to try my best to make it understandable:

I always find myself relating to Shigaraki in one way or another. If you knew me in real life, I'm sure you could kinda see the similarities.

When I first started to script this dr I tried countless times to basically make an original character to insert myself into the bnha universe. But it'd always, and I mean always, end up being really similar to Shigaraki, like some kind of bad rip-off- it was just uncanny, really. I'm one of those people who whenever they start hyperfixating on a series they attach themselves to one character...so this kinda explains it- but that aside, as I already said, I relate to Shigaraki, a lot. I'm genuinely not surprised I couldn't come up with something original in this case.

And then it just kinda…made sense- it made more sense for me to shift to a reality in which I'm him instead of trying to insert myself into the bnha universe being a cheap copy of him.

I really don't know how else to explain it, but it just feels right for me.

So yeah…Shigaraki Tomura from the Shigaraki Tomura series-

I don't have anything to say about my dr self, really. He's Shigaraki Tomura, that's it basically- according to my interpretation of the character, that is!!

plot and main events

When I first shift to this reality it'll be the 4th of April 2124, my 19th birthday. I'm still confused on when bnha is set canonically, I keep hearing it's in the present or an hypothetical future, so I picked future. In 2124 the class 1A students are going through their last year of middle school and in 2125 they'll be in the first year of UA and I'll turn 20. I decided to shift a year before canon events to kinda get used to a new reality- I know that once I get there it'll feel absolutely normal, because it is, but I'll do that anyway. Also because I don't want to shift and immediately be forced into utter chaos…and because I want to spend time with Kurogiri without worrying too much about being caught!! (since after the USJ Attack the public will know the LOV is a thing)- for context: he's not 100% like he is in canon, go to the "important people" section for more info!!

Everything will be like canon bnha, but there are some changes. For example the War Arc is almost completely different, consequently the Post-War is not even close to canon. The war will start like canon, but there will be no hero or villain deaths. After the war society will begin to change (in a good way) and me, the LOV and people like us will finally be able to actually have a chance at life. Does this mean there's zero criminal/villain activity? No, but it'll be significantly reduced and will be dealt with way better than it was before. There are other changes, but those aren't as important as the ones I already mentioned.

Another thing I feel like I have to mention is the fact that, as I said earlier, I'm an ambiguous villain who commits ambiguous actions. Although more than half of everything I do is not my fault (All For One), that doesn't mean that I won't be responsible for at least some of those actions. I'll be accountable for the acts that are exclusively my fault (so there's no proof of them deriving from All For One's influence- or maybe I just straight up admit it), but not for the ones that derive from All For One's manipulation and grooming. But neither me or anyone in the LOV will be given life in prison or a death sentence. We'll spend a lot of time in the hospital, unsurprisingly to absolutely no one- but not just any hospital, it'll be like a prison's hospital, so regular civilians aren't treated in the same building as us. After that we won't be immediately free, we'll probably be staying…somewhere under surveillance- I don't know- and then we'll be under probation and then finally we'll be completely free!! Is it realistic? Probably not for this reality, but that reality is different and society will undergo a massive change too, so it makes sense to me.

...also after all of this I'll be spending my life with the LOV and my s/o- me when I can find love as a ex-criminal in another reality and I can't pull anyone in the cr: 🤡

Once I shift to this dr I'll forget about what I've scripted and the plot (only when I'm in this dr- so when I'm in my wr or any other dr I'll remember everything)- EXCEPT: I shifted, I can't and won't die, I can't get traumatised in any way, it's going to end well, other safety things like that.

important people

I absolutely love everyone in the LOV, but I'm not going to talk about everyone or this would be an endless post. I'll talk about three people for now: the first is basically a family member, the second one is my future s/o (we'll be together after the war) and I can't wait for the third's slow and painful death.

Kurogiri !!

In my dr, Kurogiri isn't 100% like in canon, but he isn't too different either. In canon he basically lacks a mind of his own, bound to listen and obey All For One's commands and whatnot. He's a highly intelligent nomou, but that's just so he can better assist All For One and all. In my dr there's still a trace of that, but he's quite different.

In the early phases of 'testing', so not too long after he was created, a certain event took place that influenced his 'programming'. He began to progressively act less and less like some kind of machine and instead acted more like a normal person. But never in front of All For One (and heroes once canon events will begin in my dr). Not only because he wasn't completely independent and still couldn't disobey him, but also because there could've been consequences (he could've been 'reprogrammed', losing the progress he's made, or worse). All For One would've probably done something about it, but he noticed this once it was way too late.

Canonically Shigaraki has been staying with All For One since he was 5 and he's now 20, in my dr it's no different. And Shirakumo was killed when he was in his second year of UA, so he was probably around 17. If you consider Eraserhead's age, since they were in the same year, then this would make Kurogiri 30 years old, his age in my dr. If you do a little bit of math: when Kurogiri was killed at 17, I (and canon Shigaraki too) was 7, I was already with All For One. In my dr it didn't take too long to make Shirakumo into Kurogiri, it took around a year. We met when I was 8 and he was 18. So we've known each other for a really long time.

After the event that changed Kurogiri's programming, we began to properly bond. All For One couldn't just change or get rid of him, losing Kurogiri would have affected me greatly. That could've impacted his plans for me. So as long as Kurogiri 'doesn't do anything funny' he's free to stay the way he is. Little does All For One know that he'll continue to get more and more independent until, after the war, he'll be truly free to be himself.

We bonded especially when I was around 14, when All For One died to All Might (and then got revived by Garaki). Since All For One wasn't in the way, Kurogiri had a little bit more freedom and that was absolutely amazing!!

He's my older brother. The best older brother there is.

He took care of me, he taught me stuff, he gave me company, he listened to me, he made me feel better whenever I felt miserable and so much more. And he still does. He, alongside the LOV, is the main reason why I'm so determined to shift to this reality.

I've never shifted there before but I miss him greatly.

Spinner !!

I don't have a lot to say about Spinner actually. He'll be my best friend (I say 'will' because when I'll first shift there we won't know each other)…and my s/o after the war!! When I first started scripting this dr I wasn't thinking about having a s/o, it didn't really seem to fit. But as time passed I started feeling more attached to the people in my dr and whenever I found myself thinking about him…I don't know, scripting him as my s/o just felt right- everything in this script is based on a 'it feels right for me' feeling!!

So yeah: acquaintances to friends to lovers I guess LMAO!!

Also, a little fun fact: in the cr I have a necklace with a little gecko!! The base is silver and it's divided into 4 sections. In each one of those sections there's a (fake) flat gem. Also I got extremely lucky because on one side it's more green, on the opposite side it's more light blue and in the middle the two colours kinda mix together in a cool gradient. Me when green = Spinner and light blue = my dr self-

All For One. . .

Alright, what can I say about this man?- the term 'man' doesn't even suit him, this is a fucking monster- thank god I can script whatever I want and I scripted lots of things for safety!! Most of those safety things are related to this guy- they apply to everything, but mainly him and his actions.

I still have to register the fact that for a long time (until the war starts) I'll consider this man my ally- like- the one that saved me and shit- god damn-

ok so first of all love you forever for sending an ask i love answering asks aughhhhh

the whole hspc thing is still so so confusing to me, but my little backstory/storyline (im so sorry im now using this as an informal backstory post) in my dr is...

-our dad gets arrested by endeavor when i'm 7 and kei is 12

-instead of being recruited by the hspc when he was like 6, hawks gets recruited when he's 14 when he stops the car crash yk the drill

-the hspc helps me with school, and i get some training/tests done as a part of our contract, but the focus is mainly on kei

-he lives with me and our mom for the first couple of years, but eventually they move him to a long-term training facility where he would live permanently

-our mom lowkey neglects me a little bit as a result and i end up running away when i'm 11

-i'm literally feral out on the streets for 14 months, obv have lost contact with everyone, but am able keep tabs on what kei's doing/if he's like dead or not using magazines and watching the news

-obv the hspc has started putting him into the public eye/officially marketing him as hawks since he's around 16 by this point

-i get blown up (lmao) (was sleeping on the roof of an apartment building at the time that was the target of a villain attack and set on fire/exploded a little bit)

-hawks gets dispatched for rescue bc he's in the area, and is like holy shit???? i know that kid what the fuuuuck

-i probs give the hspc a heart attack since my existence has kind of been swept under the rug until now, so it's fairly easy for kei to get legal guardianship of me

-yada yada when i'm 14/15 i get enrolled at UA on recommendation from hawks to keep my identity secret since UA is notoriously a really secure/safe school

-the hspc (who's eyes are shaped like dollar signs atp) see the potential of having another hero they can easily market and put me in the hero course, where i end up in 1A

-basically the same plot with some minor tweaks, the public (and 1A) learn kei's my brother bc he posted something on his hero tiktok instead of his priv (more info on that whole thing here)

-i did change the end so that kei a) dosen't lose his wings/quirk and b) dosen't become hspc president immediately, he instead is able to dismantle the hspc and bring them to justice/uncorrupt them

-he works closely with their new president on reforming the commission while still pursuing hero work (managed independently)

-later becomes a kind of ambassador for them and brings awareness to/speaks on poverty + crime + what happened to him with the hspc

ngl, I am gonna have to try my very best to be as nonchalant as possible about the hot springs trip with class 1a. (for those who dont know, japan has hot springs which is like a sauna with really hot baths that you have to be naked in. No booty shorts no bra no nothin . Some are separated by sex and some are mixed).

Like don't get me wrong. my body is expeditiously tea like a stone carved statue in the middle of a museum and I have nothing to be insecure about all this ass, but my silly little British self is not so sure about having my cooch and all out for the whole class to see😦

mha dr: i have a small scar that goes horizontally across my nose bridge from my childhood (broken glass + face) and burn scarring on right shoulder, upper arm, back, and mid-thigh (warehouse fire)

mcga dr: ok so in my mcga dr i scripted in a thing called 'death scars', and they're basically formed by whatever killed you and got you sent to valhalla. my death scarring takes the form of three kinda star shaped bullet wounds, one over my right eye and cheek (also fucked up my pupil and iris), one at the side of my neck, and one on my right shoulder.

spiderverse dr: i have some small linear scars on my thighs from some less fun habits, one on my knee from a meniscus repair surgery, and an appendectomy scar on my right lower stomach

speaking my truth guys bc this is literally how i started my shifting journey 😭😭 at first i was like this is so psychotic no way its def lucid dreaming but i had this bnha self insert oc that i wanted to just be so so bad 😭 so i was like yk what even if it is lucid dreaming i still get to experience bnha 😭😭😭😭😭 and made a fucking script lmaoooo 😭😭😭

staff (toh dr): my staff and palisman in my toh dr!!! his name is naos he is a fucking idiot and i love him very much. orange cat vibes all around. chill guy a solid top 10 object ever.

necklace (h2o dr): my lil h2o necklace, the seal charm is a dr modification, pretty much i can communicate with seals n other pinnipeds. i wanted one of those necklaces so so bad as a kid and now i have one!!!! and i match with my friends!!!! aka the people in the show and we are actually mermaids!!! (kid me would genuinley have an aneurysm)

throwing knives (pjo/hoo dr): my godly weapon of choice in my dr, pretty useful for quests, very effective for killing monsters. also very pretty. and sharp.

wand (marauders dr): my wand!!! she is sycamore wood, phoenix feather core, 11 inches, and swishy flexible. literally so sick i can DO MAGIC!!!! but yeah

reading glasses + case (future coraline dr): what can i say i am a sucker for cute glasses and these ones are so adorable. they r vintage, and i mostly use them for tattooing, reading (obv) and sewing. the case is thrifted and forever one of my favorite finds.

answering for my mha dr here, bc holy shit there are so many. for one i go to U fucking A on reccommendation bc my brother is a top hero. i get a lot of free shit from companies for sponsorships, especially clothes companies for wing or mutant quirk users. also, my quirk is really useful in day-to-day life, seeing as i don't need a car or anything bc i can fly, and if i do need transportation i get flown/transported to places usually for free. i get invited to so much shit its crazy, ex: the i island expo, even tho we got attacked it was still really cool to get to experience everything.

i live in/am near the pnw or other rainy places for a lot of my drs, so that really specific smell of rain or the beach always kinda makes me think of those drs. mango and peach scents also remind me of my fame dr specifically, because it's my signature scent there.

honestly, putting on some sort of media or audio that reminds me of my dr (think shows, movies, video essays/analysis, or a sub/playlist), a snack or sweet treat, a bigass glass of ice water, and some mood lighting and i am all set. locked tf in, so so connected to my dr i can almost feel it. bonus points if i'm scripting for one of my more summery drs and i'm sitting on my porch (i live near a beach) so i can smell the air shit got me kicking my feet and giggling fr.

i found out about shifting around late 2021, was a nonbeliever until around mid-2022, and made my mha dr (first dr) then my marauders dr like 1 week later.

my main dr(s) right now literally change by the minute, but it's probably either my streamer dr, paranormal investigator dr, or my mha dr (really came full circle there didn't i)

⌗ 𝟔. stockings ; what is your family like? what are your relationships with different members? any extended family? who is visiting for christmas?

obx dr: my family is lowkey complicated so ima try and break it down best i can. i have my mom (fc/vc: constance wu), my stepdad (fc/vc: ryan reynolds), and my little stepbrother (fc/vc: adam project era walker scobell).

my moms name is clarity miyazaki, and i literally love her to death shes so amazing. we can and will talk abt literally every and anything. she's super chill, and is a stay at home mom, but sometimes will voluenteer at an aquarium on the mainland. we used to live over on the cut, but literally my whole mf life changed after she met my stepdad.

so my stepdad in this dr is literally just, like, ryan reynolds. like he still acts and everything, but he's not with blake or anything. him and my mom met and got married when i was in 4th grade, and we moved into a house with him and my little brother on figure eight. he's also really chill as a parent and is super funny, and sometimes brings me on work trips or to cool events.

my little brother's name is walker reynolds (don't even) and he's mostly based off of a combo of young walker scobell and one of my cr friend's little brothers. he's 11 and is very snarky, and loves jj with all of his entire heart. sometimes he's a little shit but i love him anyways.

i'm not really connected with my mom's side of the family (they r all in japan lmao) but my stepdad's family is really nice and fully treats me like i'm one of his kids, so it's okay.

mha dr: god i feel like i've talked about my mha dr family/backstory so much but i cannot help if for i am but a girl so buckle in.

my father (aka takami) was not the best (see hawks backstory) and despite having a wife and 5 year old kid (tomie and kei) ended up getting a woman with a nocturnal quirk (not his wife) pregnant. my bio mom died right after i was born, so he had to raise me. me and kei ended up getting pretty close despite being half siblings with a 6 year age gap, and just refer to each other as siblings atp.

kei got scouted by the hspc when i was 9, and moved him to a long-term facility when i was 11. i ran away a couple months later due to being neglected (shit mom), and lost contact with my entire family for a little over a year. i was pretty much mia for that time, and by sheer fucking luck ended up in a warehouse fire. kei was one of the heroes on the scene and recognized me. long story short(er) he filed to become my legal guardian, and he's pretty much the only bio family i have left.

rumi's like my older sister in a lot of ways, and is just chillin in our apartment more often than not, and i've gotten really close with 1/2-A since starting UA, so i'd consider them family, even though we're not like blood related or whatever.

REAL i found out how it ends andi lowkey hate it sm im waiting for someone else to comeup w an alternate ending so i can script that atp bc i cannot think of anything

i've just reread and edited all my mha script after seeing the spoilers for the final volume and i miss when i was 16 and obsessed with it sm, i don't think i'll ever change script :(

bnha dr// i scripted a casual podcast that i do with mina and kirishima called shower thoughts that we film/record in one of the UA gym shower stalls it's just about random shit and sometimes we have guests on (aka other students, teachers, and the occasional pro)

in my bnha dr i have a pair of white shoes that can change up like they r converse one second combat boots the next and heels and they can also turn into roller skates just bc (you just tap a sensor on the side diff numbers of times and it changes)

this super specific type of cleaner spray for countertops that we use, it kinda smells like very citrus-y but with notes of mango i've never smelled anything like it here, so it's probably not a thing here, but my and hawk's apartment smells like it like 24/7 (it's called zesty sparkle 😭😭)

kei always gets this spicy ass garlic-y chicken when he comes back from a really crazy patrol, and it smells SO GOOD but i risk my life every time i eat that shit on godddd

i use this shea butter/oil stuff for my feathers so they're nice and shiny and clean looking, and it smells literally the best i would eat it by the jar if i could holy shiiiiiiit

honestly probably either the possibility of villain attacks, being worried for my brother if he's out on a mission or on a longer patrol, or school in general (lmao)

i cope mainly by either distracting myself or yapping tbh, or I just cry and listen to music for a bit and feel better after (scarily similar to my cr but whatever)

🌜; what are three specific daily quirks you’ll have to get used to in your dr?

flying 100%. I scripted I already have a really good handle on my quirk, so I can do it, but it'll definitely take getting used to

having to be at least mostly independent (aka grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning etc.) because while kei does like try to be there, hero work is definitely time consuming

dorm life, once I get to that point in the timeline, i think it'll be super fun once I get used to it tho so i'm actually really excited

okok this is a basic one fr but i'm def missing my friends like I haven't shifted there yet but I just feel so connected to that dr sometimes like just having a rlly close knit group of friends and being able to hang out all the time (rare boarding school pro) and just have magic n shit. i miss my pets, I have two cats and a barn owl there, and I'm so excited to meet them bc one of my cats in that dr is based off of my cat here and I love her sm!!! honestly i'm just so excited for the pure vibes of like school being a teenager and just fucking around and having fun fr this makes no sense fr and is def so incoherent but whatever.

h2o dr:

i already swim a lot in my cr (i'm on a swim and dive team and live near/on a whole beach) and i just hang out near the water so much and it makes me feel so close to that dr like I haven't shifted there yet (shocker) but I just know it's gonna be so cool to be able to just be underwater and not have to come up for air or get out is so relaxing and with friends???? i'm just so excited for the like summer vibe of the whole dr bc it's so tropical there and there's sm wildlife and things to do!!!! Lately i’ve been feeling weirdly homesick and missing people i technically haven’t even met yet.

Ofc homesickness sucks in general, it’s not really considered that serious so it’s easy to brush off but I think a lot of people fail to consider homesickness is more than missing a place you call home, but also the people that make it a home. (What goofy ahh movie did i steal this off…?)

Not to mention, all that goes without considering shifting homesickness, where ur left to miss people and places quite literally beyond ur realm of existence.

Anyways, considering just how many drs the average shifter has it makes sense that you probably have a lot of people to miss while in your CR, like your close friends, family, an s/o, pet(s). The people that make your dr feel like home.
