daily review
Absolutely exhausted from today but sadly wasn't a day of many wins. I didn't hit my water goal or my workout goal but on the bright side, I did get some work done! I am almost completely done with the first phase of my study plan and have slowly but surely been crossing things off my to-do list. I do hope to get more done tomorrow though.
5/10 I took off points because today drained me, I also want the picture to be centered but I can't figure it out for the life of me 😔

Today was a pretty great day! Not a lot happened but I was quite productive. I unfortunately did not hit my water goal for today but I came really close. I worked out today, went grocery shopping, and studied. I'll have to study more tomorrow and for longer but it was a good way to ease myself into longer study hours. I will say though, today absolutely drained me, very excited to go to bed. Please enjoy the cowboy cat.
7/10 would have been higher if I had hit my water goal.
daily review
Today was a better day than yesterday in terms of productivity, but I didn't get any work done so I didn't get any work done towards my goals.
Pluses of today though are that I deep cleaned my room, ran some errands, and listened to my body. I woke up late, around noon, but I guess my body really needed the rest, i only ate two meals today because I woke up so late. I also had an everything shower after cleaning + facemask so I'm feeling very well-rested and happy. I also hit my water goal for today!
6/10 Although I didn't work towards my goals, I evidently needed a slower & reset day and will work harder tomorrow!
Today started out slow and then I started to pick it up towards the end.
I ate about two meals today, working to eat three a day, and did not exercise 😞. Did clean my room today and study though! Another win is that I showered and dressed for the day, I also made a study plan for me to follow so that I know what to work on every day and there's no confusion. I did reschedule an outing with a friend but I think it worked out for the better. Also wrote my morning affirmations down so that I don't forget them and journaled.
5/10- I'm glad I started studying, making a plan and whatnot, definitely could've been a way more productive day but still glad I got things done
