Alright folks, gonna give it you here...
Longtail is gonna play a big, big part in the Burning Suns AU. He's gonna be super important to the development of the second protagonist. He's gonna be a good guy and very silly but a lovable morally grey guy.
Longtail lovers, I'm giving you a fucking all you can eat buffet. This man is gonna be in almost every chapter. He's gonna be so plot relevant. He's gonna show up in every single fucking book in the arc. We're gonna see his and Mousefur's friendship early. He's gonna be good friends with Spottedleaf and destroy Clawface for murdering her. He's gonna be a father without a mate cause he's gonna officially unofficially adopt a traumatized little apprentice and Runningwind and Mousefur are gonna help him with the chaotic little gremlin. He's gonna still go blind but he's gonna keep being a warrior.
I have so much more in store for this man that I haven't even mentioned here yet but I plan on feeding my fellow Longtail lovers. Y'all are my brothers and sisters in Longtail.

⭒˚｡⋆** hai hai again doing some more reposting of some of my object show art (mainly just algebralians from PAS in my style and ocs) from insta !! The character refs in the middle are some of the main characters for a vague headcanon informative au sorta comic where I yap about my headcanons for algebralians and their species alongside the story of these characters too (which will me ball All About Numbers / AAS and will probably be tagged in the future under #allaboutnumbers) ! As well, the last imagine is a recent commission from the wonderful @/m0ss_shroom over on Instagram (they were wonderful to work with and do incredible art so go check em out if you can !!!!)

Inspiration for muse: The Cold War is big one, American isolation, the history of Turtle Island and his big changes from this time; becoming forceful and disconnected but keeping that natural gift at doing business and intelligence, C.anada and A.merica relations in general ( How C.anadians and A.mericans see each other, the HEAVY influence the two have on each other, etc ). These are what get my muse going!

Nikolai takes Price out to every match, or musical, or meeting, every concert, or conference, or convention, that he can find.
Because he didn’t get the chance to go out, where he was before. He didn’t get to experience the world around him. Nikolai didn’t get to leave the bubble he grew up in, because it’s hard to go anywhere at all with nothing to your name.
Price, if he’s honest, hates it. The next time he gets dragged out to some drag show he doesn’t give two shits about, or a five-hour lecture about some old Latin bullshit, he swears that he’ll kill someone.
That is, until he glances up at Nikolai on the train home. The way he’s smiling, mostly to himself, before looking away and out the window.
From that night onwards, Price shows up when he asks without hesitation. Whether abroad, or local, he goes to Nikolai’s side.
Because as much as he may hate spending hours in sweaty convention halls, watching his back, he hates Nikolai being sad more.
