These photos were taken a while ago. Japan entered the rainy season in early June, and the sun remains hidden somewhere. Sunlight hardly reaches my residence area for more than one month. I never dislike cloudy sky, but I gradually miss the dazzling sun…✨✨

Shadows of Trees

Spring notes #3

Ohh, Our friend's beagle boy finds us and rushes from the other side of the Chinese milk vetch field. Hug is smiling more and more happily while having fun time with her boyfriend. “Dogs  are our link to paradise”…This is a passage of my favorite words by Milan Kundela. Unfortunately, the time we can live with such a dearest dogs is not eternal. But that fact definitely makes this moment so beautiful and so meaningful. _________________________

I dedicate these three "spring notes" posts to my another dear dog “Roku” who lost last May.

My eternal Good Boy... I hope you are smiling in peace... :-)

おなじように春の景色を楽しみにやってきていた 友達のビーグルボーイが、レンゲ畑の向こうから 僕たちの姿をみつけて駈けだしてきます。 ハグは大好きな彼と仲よさそうに戯れながら、 ますます幸せそうに笑っています。 “犬は楽園への架け橋である”とは、僕の好きな ミラン・クンデラによる言葉の一節です。 そんな愛すべき彼らと一緒にすごすことの できる時間は、けっして永遠ではありません。 でも、永遠でないからこそ、いまこのひとときが こんなにも美しく、いとおしいのだろうと しみじみと思うのでした。 _________________________

１年前の５月に『虹の橋』を渡っていった 僕のもう一匹の大切なイヌ、ロクへ。 今年ハグと僕が眼にした5月の美しい花々を、 きみも空のうえからみてくれていたかい？ 地上では、またゆっくりと季節がゆくよ。 いまきみがいる、はるか遠い天空の国で、 どうかきみが毎日笑っていてくれますように。

Spring notes #2

When I move my eyes to other flower fields, poppies are blooming colorfully. The humming of cute bees carrying pollen is added to the symphony played by Spring. It will be an increasingly stunning chord :-))))

Spring notes #1

Calm sunshine pours over our green fields, and the flowers laugh hilariously. I will be in harmony with those landscape slowly. Then I listen to the symphony played by Spring. Beautiful notes ride in the wind and spread over the whole of lovely flower garden. Dissonance is not here, absolutely... ;-)

桜が散ると、野の花たちが次々に咲きはじめます。 毎年決まって訪れる花畑ももちろん素敵なのですが 日々更新される散歩ルートで見慣れない風景を みつけると、なおのこと心躍ってしまいます。 おなじみのルートから少し外れたところで、 今季に出逢ったのは、ベニバナツメクサの群生地。 すでに終りかけの感じは少しだけ残念でしたが、 辺り一面が極彩色の赤と緑に染まった景観は、 まるでここが日本ではないようさえ思えました。 来年はもっと早い時期に再訪してみたいです (´◡`)

With our friend Beagle Boy, we took a walk around the waterside where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. On the river, there are people paddling a canoe with dog. We also want to try it, but Hug is so timid that maybe I think she can not ride together. Many rape blossoms bloom on the banks of the river, and white clouds floating in the blue sky slowly and quietly flow. We are now in the middle of the idyllic spring :-))))

友達のビーグルボーイと一緒に、 桜が咲きそろった水辺を散歩しました。 川ではイヌを乗せてカヌー遊びする人の姿も！ 僕たちも挑戦してみたいなぁと思ったけれど、 ハグはとても恐がりなイヌなので、 静かに乗っていてくれはしないでしょう (;´∀｀)

川のほとりには一面に菜の花が咲いています。 ぽっかりと浮かんだ白い雲が、 真っ青な空を静かに静かに流れてゆきます。

There are many types of cherry blossoms in Japan. The most popular among them is "Somei-Yoshino". The growth of trees is fast, but the flowers are fragile and their life span is very short. Such a scene when they bloomed all at once is exceptional, and many people are attracted to the appearance. In addition, the appearance that the petals are falling is also very beautiful... :’-)

Beginning of the cherry blossom season :-)))) It was “Kawazu-zakura” that first bloomed. I like the time when fresh green leaves began to include, rather than dark pink flowers only :-D

Every day is a new day, and we are in front of the little adventure's door every morning. It will be the same as we have been asleep forever unless we open the door and step in there.

Life is beautiful, living in the moment. And yeeees ! Time exists for the wanderers. We can take a trial-and-error approach. Any problem with that ?

晴れた休日、ハグと一緒に山登りをしてきました。 登ったのは宝篋山という標高461mの低山でしたが、 低いと云えども、山は山（笑） 普段からよく行っている散歩途中の林や森、 勾配の緩い里山辺りに少し毛が生えた位だろうと なめてかかっていたところ、それなりにキツい 斜面の岩場などもあったりしました (;´Д｀) 頂上まで到着すると、さほど見晴らしが良い とは言えぬものの、心地よい達成感に包まれ、 一度麓に下山してから、つい調子に乗って、 別のコースでもう一度登頂しちゃったりしながら、 新鮮な体験と爽やかな森林浴を満喫できました。

他にもまだいくつか違うコースがあるようなので、 また違う季節に訪れてみたいと思います( ´∇｀)♪

愛犬・ハグが８歳の誕生日を迎えました。

中型犬の一生を四季になぞらえるならば、 ちょうど秋の入り口に差しかかった頃でしょうか。 体毛・・・特に眼の周りには、 だいぶ白い毛が目立ってきましたし、 他にも加齢によるものと思われる変化が わずかに感じられ始めてはきたものの、 相変わらずご機嫌に野原を駆け回っています。 ------------------------------------ 物語もそうであるように、 人生にも同じことが言えます。 長さが問題なのではありません。 内容が問題なのです。 ------------------------------------ これはL.A.セネカが残した僕の大好きな言葉です。 つねに《いま》が退屈でない最高の時間であり、 それをより自覚的に継続してゆく、それ以上に、 人生にも犬生にも大切なことはないでしょう。

中型犬の時間は、ヒトのそれにくらべて、 １歳までの幼犬期で約１６倍、 それ以降の成犬期では約５倍の速度で流れる。 ハグも足早に《いま》を走り抜けては、 またひとつ、季節を軽々と飛び越えてゆく。

Just a short period of time, we stayed in a beautiful Spring dream. But no one can keep dreaming forever. Dreams will come to an end, and that is why dreams can leave a beautiful impression.

いま確かだと思えていることのほとんどは、 単に確からしさのうえで揺れているだけの 危うい幻想にすぎないのかもしれない。 よく行く公園にあるトンネルを、 いつも当たり前のように行き来しているハグが、 あるとき突然、なにかとても巨きな力によって、 こちら側に帰って来れなくなってしまったら？ まだ頬にひんやりと冷たい３月の風が、 “あの日”の苦い記憶を不意に連れ戻してきて、 そんなことをつい考えてしまう瞬間があるのでした。 あらゆるものに例外なく有限であるはずの時間が、 まるで無限に続くかのように思えているときに、 一体なにをするか、なにができるのか。 その答えのひとつひとつが、 できるだけその場凌ぎにならないように、 いま“このとき”を丁寧に紡いでゆきたい。

時計の針を７年前に戻して

家にやって来たばかりのきみは ほとんど真っ黒な子熊のようで きみの最初の仕事は　よく眠ることだった

まもなく　きみは　次の仕事をみつけた それは自分に与えられた おもちゃやベッドを　噛みまくること 特にベッドは　30分もあれば　布を簡単に破り 中の綿を　どんどん引っぱり出してしまう だから　安物ばかりを買いだめしておいたっけ
