Turns out it was a wolf.. but with a twist

Within the walls of one body resides a wyvern thats kinda mixed with every dragon in existence, a raptor and an owl thats not really here.. nice!

Yeah so it turns out I have another kin within me thats got 4 working legs, a canine like muzzle and kinda big ass ears, got fur but idk how long, I think short but floofy tail
Not a dog/wolf or a cat ik that, something in between tho

Another thing is if you wanna snarl, its kinda the same as the growl-bark, but emphasise the 'bark' part and continue the growl as is! :3
i figured out how to growl a bit better! I just have to bring the sound a bit farther forward in my mouth. When it’s too far back it sounds more like a purr, which isn’t very threatening. Too far forward, and it’s a chihuahua’s growl. Also, baring your teeth brings the sound further up. another fun thing is the growl-bark! A QUITE threatening noise, you just have to bark silently while growling, so that the growl comes out in a short, sharp bark. if it’s difficult at first, try growling, and then opening your mouth while sustaining your growl. Then, just open and close your mouth quickly, to 5 the growl-bark!

It's funny cuz my raptorself ranges from being smaller than the velociraptor to the size of the austroraptor but all at the same time

I really am just one confusing mess now it feels like my wings are my arms and my hands are just one big talon.
But I still can like.. feel the wings on my back?? I mean I've never been able to 'feel' them but I've always been able to feel the ball joint.. maybe that's where my wings start and they continue down my arm??
Maybe I have 4 wings, maybe I have 2 wings, I don't think I have 4, all I know I have those big ass talons, thats it.. back to the drawing board :')
As a wyvern my wings don't actually connect to my real arms, I can always feel the ball joint (correct joint type question mark??) of my wings in the middle of my shoulder blades and they continue as any other wing would.
My wings also connect to my tail, from the top down no body can tell where my wings/tail end and body start.

Bro I left school last year thinking I was just a human with a crazy imagination wishing I was an avian (human with wings and other bird features) to returning as a whole ass wyvern- XD

Idk but I do know the membrane continues along the tail to some degree, it doesn't stop like other wings, and the tail has some too that continues at least a bit further than the actual tail itself.

The Wyvern is back.
Tbfh I say wyvern instead of dragon cuz it just feels better, feels more right.
I think saying I'm a wyvern c'link unlocked some part of me I buried deep inside. It feels like I know myself just that little bit more, and given something I say a lot is 'I mask so much I don't even know what I feel anymore' this is a step in the right direction for me.
I think I'm starting to healing.
Read some otherkin tips and I've decided to stop looking online for owl or dragon stuff and look offline, see what feels right. I sure as hell won't get a solid answer and I know from experience in finding my LGBTQ+ labels it will take years for me to settle on a label/s, but thats okay.
I will take all the time I need.
I might go completely offline for a couple days but I'll come back.. slightly less confused, hopefully.
Me thinking about whether I was wrong the whole time about being an owlkin and whether I'm actually a wyvern/dragonkin: 🤔🤔😔
Reptilian muzzles and tails that gave me euphoria my entire life: 😐😑🫥
Sitting here, bobbing my leg up and down and suddenly it felt like my leg was like that of a Wyvern, specifically wyvern not just a dragon, digitigrade with long sharp talons. Just like the last one, but unlike the last digitigrade shift it made sense.
As far as I'm aware birds can only curl their talons in if they pull their leg up (resting on a branch for example) and cannot relax it until they straighten their leg out again, but I was able to curl my talons in and out last time without moving my legs.
I'm finding out a lot today and idk how to feel abt it-
Remembering when I was a kid and I played Ark:SE (in God mode-) and Lego Jurassic Park and I just flew around acting like I was a dragon/wyvern and it gave me such euphoria
Thinking about now and picturing myself playing an owl sim or a dragon/wyvern sim and realising I would feel more euphoria from the dragon sim than the owl sim
Now I have to rethink my whole identity and what I consider kin and consider kith-
Like just looking at this gif gives me the "I belong there, I should be there, among them" vibes and now I'm just confused
Me when I'm dragonkith but want to be more dragon so I become a wyvern c'link.
Like why would a wyvern cry at yelling not even directed at them, why would a wyvern be paranoid to the point of not being able to sleep, why would a wyvern be terrified of males near them, why would a wyvern get imposter syndrome, why would a wyvern hide everything about themself and get anxiety attacks from the thought of said secrets being discovered.
The wyvern is big and scary the wyvern should be the one feared not the one in fear.
So this is where my feline characteristics came from

Man why does this owl have ears to pin, a muzzle and fangs to snarl with, why does this owl hiss and bat things away with small paws, why does this owl curl into a ball and rest their head upside down with their paws tucked under their chin or around their eyes, why does this owl jump from sudden noises with an arched back and a wild look in their eyes, why does this owl stretch out with the front limbs they shouldn't have after laying on their stomach.
What's this goofy owl doing acting like a cat.

Not entirely sure abt this but I'm putting this out here anyways, may change in the future lol I see myself as a hybrid of sorts, part owl, part human, my 'soul' a combination of both. I have large-ish wings, a fantasy-like tail and digitigrade legs.
I've had dream shifts where I've had wings, I've tried to fly but something has held me down, but never ones where I've fully been a owl, never truly been free.
But I look at owls and see my siblings, my family. I look at other big birds like sulphur-crested cockatoos and hawk eagles and I see my cousins. All other birds are my friends or other distant relatives.
I am not a human or an owl.
I am a human and an owl.
Well this is interesting
Phantom shift but the strongest I've ever felt, while all of them before were I could sense them but not like feel them, I can currently feel a singular feather on my right cheek, very tingly and its weird but also cool??
And while writing this another appeared on my face before they kinda half faded :)
