i'm not dead! just been drowning in wips lol

A redesign of Ororon from Genshin Impact. He now his brown skin, big bat ears and dark blue, medium-length dreads. One eye is pink, while the other is teal. He has a slightly worried expression. Hung from his ear is a wind chime, which is visibly weighing it down. He has traditional indigenous clothing, with a pastel shirt thing (I don't know the correct terminology, sorry!) On top of that is a teal scarf which cascades down his back, with another wind chime attached to it. He has a whistle on his necklace and many parts of his outfit are adorned with bells. A dreamcatcher dangles on his side. His main colors are pink, teal, white, black, brown and gold.

The same picture, with some messy handwritten notes detailing his design and the scope of use for it. It also features his color palette. Some notes have arrows pointing to what they're talking about. "Ororon redesign notes! Bat ears. Wind chimes attached to earring. Whistle for emergencies (Citlali makes him wear it lmao). Stylized Homa symbol. Should probably get that sewed up or something. I accidentally made the night sky on his skirt thing. Wind chimes on scarf thing. Dreamcatcher. Thats not clothes, it's a bat thingy. Haha accidental bi flag. Too lazy to draw toes :3
Bidii Ororon Itztli. Vision on his back I guess? Sound motif because Ororongo means sound. He's short now- it fits him, okay? Actually has traditional indigenous clothing (screw HoYoverse!) Has blood circulation and melanin. Not emo (there's nothing wrong with emo of course, it just doesn't fit him or the setting) Inherits Capitano's coat after the 5.3 quest (your honor, that's his dad)

sorry if this looks inconsistent, i did this over the span of several months (the handwriting is just cuz i use my finger lmao). Once again reiterating that my version is not "fixing" Hoyo's original design, i'm just making it more to my taste and more accurate to the cultures Natlan is based on. Another thing i want y'all to know is that "blackwashing" is not real and POC headcanons/redesigns aren't bad! If you dont like it, just scroll on by.

I tried to give him more sound motifs, as his name means sound and his attacks are all sound based. I also wanted to give him more traditional clothes. It really sucks that Hoyoverse had so many beautiful people and cultures to pull from, and they just didn't follow through. But hey, that's where redesigns come in! What do you think?
