New OC! I got bored so I drew something! Name: Lisa Clarey Age: 25 Weight: 167,6 lbs Height: 5’10” Background: Lisa was born in Jamaica but her parents born into U.S. due to her father getting a good job over there, so when they moved into the Brooklyn, everything was nice… peace… when Lisa was 10 y/o, her father got fired from his job (For unknown circumstances, but we’ll get into that later)… as few weeks goes by her mother who was work at two jobs trying to make money herself and her child but the father became an alcoholic and very abusive to his stressful wife and daughter. As Lisa witnessed them fighting and screaming at each other for every day as he sometimes hit her due from being so intoxicating from the alcohol, Lisa started to have mental issues and started to stay in her room for half of a month but only goes out for dinner, using the bathroom and taking care of herself. As Lisa became 14 y/o, she was diagnose with depression disorder and mood disorder as while, knowing that her father wasn’t going to be happy with the outcome of his own daughter being a “un-normal child”… so one night, Lisa’s mother told Lisa to get dress and follow her. Lisa was confused but didn’t want to ask questions so she did what she was told. As they both got into the car and drove off, as Lisa was looking at the window just watching the buildings going away fast by the car moving, as they pulled up to a big building… white walls, windows were block, white but patterned curtains… and an sign outside that building with warning. While they both walk in, Lisa saw nurses… as Lisa sat down on the couch and look around the place… looks like an hospital? As Lisa’s mother gives her a sign to follow her with one of the nurse, as Lisa, her mother and an nurse was in the elevator, the nurse started asking odd questions about something with her mental health issues… and what type of medication does she take…? As they would on the 4 levels of the building as the nurse told Lisa to follow her, as Lisa walk with the nurse and saw an doctor… as the nurse and doctor were talking, Lisa looked back at her mother, she was… crying? As she heard the doctor said that she been staying there until she gets better and is able to go back home… Lisa looked at the doctor and then look at her mother… as two of the white doors was being close, Lisa immediately began to run to her mother while crying… not wanting to stay there. She couldn’t reach the doors on time, as the doors close and lock, Lisa bangs on the doors seeing her mother one last time, as she can barely hear what she says but saw her mother at while said “I’ll be back for you… but stay here… I just want you to get better first…” (She can read her lips… due to one of her cousins being deaf) as Lisa watch her mother left… as she yell and crying for her to come back.
(No! Her mother didn’t abandoned her, she left her in a mental hospital so that her father wouldn’t do anything to her/order to protect her from her father’s abuse. But she does love Lisa truly, however she/Lisa’s mother didn’t want to take her/Lisa’s chances with the husband/Lisa’s father. And yes Lisa does stay there for 11 years due to she wasn’t cooperating with the nurses and having mental breakdowns… her mother does come and visits every other week or month if she has the chance! Lisa does end up forgetting her father and her other family in Jamaica… sadly)
