hi guys (by guys i mean me because i literally have no followers) Its currently 12:25am at the time im making this. Basically I'm NOT good at consistent posting, so basically WHEN I shift, I'll post again maybe with a storytime.
Anyways, to not leave you guys here with an empty post about me being lazy to post, here's 5 tips I find useful when I do an attempt.
1: Counting. Counting helps SO much. Don't know what to say/affirm? count to 100, wanna zone out to attempt shifting? count to 100 (and more) until you feel yourself zoning out.
2: Affirmations 'I WILL shift' 'I AM shifting' make a big difference, One thing I *personally* feel is useless, is affirming stuff like 'I have the ability to shift' you have ALWAYS had the ability!! everybody has the ability!
3: Lock in what I'm about to say okay? Understand you are in control of when you shift. *YOU DECIDE TO SHIFT.* The universe does not randomly decide one night 'Oh okay well they're gonna shift tonight.' It's not 'I can shift' It's 'I AM shifting' 'I WILL shift' etc etc.
4: Using your 5 senses!! Use your senses (This order could be wrong, but something around this) 5 things you see (in your waiting room, actual room, etc.) 4 things you hear, 3 things you feel, 2 things you smell, and 1 thing you taste.
5: Visualizing! (It's totally okay if you can't tho!) Visualize where you are... visualize yourself walking, sitting down, running, moving around in bed, ANYTHING. The things you can visualize are endless.)
I wanna state you DONT NEED ANYTHING to shift. You could fall asleep and wake up in your dr, but this is just for anyone looking for tips.
Now I know those are basic tips, although there are most likely new shifters (I'm literally a new shifter) that are looking for tips and come across this (maybe?) and see something new. Anyways I hope atleast 1 person sees this.
