ANXIETY TIP:
whenever I’m trying to reassure myself about something, instead of saying nice things to myself, I just add on “or they’ll kill me.”
“Man, I didn’t do as well as I wanted on that test. Oh well, can’t freak out over it or they’ll kill me.”
“I meant to go to the store today but now it’s too late. Can’t worry about it though, or else they’ll kill me.”
“Yeah this weather sucks but I can’t complain! Or they’ll kill me.”
I highly recommend it! Really takes the edge off
