Good news, I figured out the Twisted Dyson idea
Bro is a mimic (cause DND woahhhhh)
He'll mimic whoever is in the run and if you approach
Boo! Jumpscare! A dice!

The idea I had was that Dyson didn't make it to the elevator in time. Although I'm unsure of how his twisted form would be, I have two ideas: Something passive (like glisten or RnD) or a mimic (cause he's a D20.... D&D reference...)
