Every day, every single day, I hate myself for coming into the the marauders fandom. And to whoever decided that Happy Xmas (war is over) with videos of the marauders would make a good tik tok, I hope you suffer every day with the thought of the people you have hurt

if jily + other marauders era characters weren't in the houses they are in:

james would be a cute little hufflepuff because hes loyal af, kind (to people who deserve it) and also he is an excellent cook (my hc)

lily evans is a ravenclaw, and there is no argument for her being slytherin. a) she would probably be murdered or tortured for being muggleborn, b) she THIRSTS for knowledge (and james potter) and is extremely creative and witty and self-aware. plus shes (in most fanfics i read) excellent at charms which is flitwicks class.

anyways if they werent the ultimate gryffindor head boy/girl couple, they would be the huffleclaw head boy/girl couple that everyone adored.

alice: shes white but shes very accepting of asian culture and is obsessed with kpop

Peter is a plant mum - he buys plants constantly to the point where they don't even fit in the dorm, and he gives all of them names. He will literally be late for important social events because he didn't water his plants, a process which takes like a good 30 minutes. He has favourite plants, for example, vanilla orchids, and when James bought him one for his birthday, he almost sobbed

I lowkey think Remus and Peter's friendship would be such a beautiful, unique dynamic. They're both more introverted and calmer than Sirius and James, and even though they undoubtedly have the time of their lives with the other two boys, it can get very draining for them at times. So sometimes they'll just sit with each other in their dorm while Sirius and James are out doing some dumb shit and they just make a puzzle or read their books side by side or they just fall asleep completely comfortable in each other's silence. Peter was very very good at drawing, especially sketching so one time during their 5th year in one of their hanging out alone sessions Remus asked him to teach him so they just had lessons like that all throughout the year. It was so weirdly fun for both of them. Sirius and James got sooo jealous when they saw that their two best friends were suddenly artistic but these bitches for the love of God couldn't sit their asses down long enough to learn how to draw.

One time, Gideon and Fabian ruined one of the Marauder's pranks and upstaged it with one of their own. And that's how the biggest prank war in the history of Hogwarts started. I'm talking stressed teachers, terrified but also widely entertained students, the Marauders staying up all night to plan the most elaborate plans, the twins giving the biggest side eyes, glitter and fireworks left and right,hair changing colors, absolute CHAOS. It all came to a stop when the Marauders almost took the giant squid out of the lake, at which point McGonagall had to intervine and give everyone a detention for the rest of the semester, a ban from Quinditch and a serious threat of getting expelled

The Marauders always prepare the most luxurious breakfast for Remus for the morning after a full moon. I'm talking crepes,croissants, pancakes, eggs, ham, beans, bacon, cereals. Remus doesn't even know where they find all that stuff (they begged the house elves in the kitchen)

I just watched Insude Out 2 and all I want to say is the Marauders definitely went dressed as the emotions to watch this movie since they were huge fans of the first one - Remus wore all purple (fear), Peter wore all blue (sadness), Sirius borrowed one of Marlene's green dresses (disqust) and of course James wore all yellow (happiness). They all ended up crying like little babies

The Santa Claus tradition isn't a thing in magic households, so when one year, Remus casually mentioned his Santa Claus present to the rest of the Marauders, they were so shocked. "No no James a man doesn't actually come down from my chimney." "He eats your cookies, that's so rude!" "No Pads -" "How does he manage to go to all the houses? He must be a secret wizard." "NO NO GUYS LISTEN"

Remus and James smoke so much weed together, especially the week after a full moon, when Remus gets depressed. Once Lily came over to the dorm to bring Remus back a book he loaned her and she found them lying on the floor,wearing each other's shirt, crying from laughter and singing "Fat Bottomed Girls" at the top of their lungs while Sirius and Peter recorded

Peter stress bakes. It'll be the night before a big exam, and Peter will just be sitting in the kitchen at 3 am making cupcakes. One night James woke up to get a glass of water and caught Peter there with flour all over his hands lowley hypervilating so he just stayed awake and baked with him for the rest of night (they made star and wolf shaped pancakes as breakfast for the others) (they ended up sleeping on the couch at 6)

The marauders fandom should explore Peter and Regulus dynamic a little bit more, I mean both betrayed their loved ones???? This video is the proof

I am mixing to of fav fandoms cause I can.

Sirius, James, and Charles who talk about starting a band all the time but never do it.

Regulus, Remus, Lily, and Edwin sit and read or talk about there partners.

Crystal and Marlene would be amazing together. The levels of sass through the roof.

Barty and Evan would be try to talk to the cat king so much thinking he is so cool. Might smoke together honestly.

Pandora, Niko, and Monty would be a trio I would like to see. Just the vibes there.

Peter and Monty are two that have sort of this opposite going parallel (I say like I know what that means) and I think that would be interesting. Also know I am think of astrology loving Peter and that slays.

Ester and Bellatrix would be in a competition. Not sure for what but they would.

One of my favorite stories I have for the mauraders era is where they are at a Ravenclaw party and it is insane.

Peter and Edgar are just making out in a bathroom the whole time, while Pandora, Evan and Xenophilius went up to smoke in one of the dorm rooms and hear a noise and find the two making out. So Pandora leaves but Xeno and Evan just go to another dorm, get high, and kiss. When Pandora walks down stairs Mary is at the bottom of them so those two of them for no reason, like they don't even know why they kissed, leading to Emmeline getting jealous and going up to Lily and asking her to kiss and Lily and she's like yeah sure so they kiss.

We also have James and Regulus not so secretly flirting with each other. Remus being mad at Sirius for some reason so he flirts with Barty for a bit but it doesn't matter cause Sirius is on the other side of the room doing shots with Marlene and Dorcas.

This is why Ravenclaw parties where all the all the houses are there are rare cause it gets to chaotic.

and then he’s ’one of the girls’ and is constantly hanging around lily, mary, marlene and dorcas. they have a book club and talk shit about the marauders and their teachers

don’t forget the ravenclaws! mf spends most of the time in the library. there r bound to be some ravenclaws who frequent the library and got curious abt the nerd with all the scars. so bc of all these new ravenclaw friends, he absentmindedly founds a whole ass study group.

then all the younger years from all the houses join said group. alongside the older years from other houses that sit in so that when the younger years leave they can buy cigarettes off of him.

and don’t forget the teachers! do u really think he doesn’t have afternoon tea with madam pomfrey, even when it’s not a full moon?

i can imagine remus spending his day pissing about with the marauders in the morning, going to his study club after school, meeting up with the girls in the common room, heading out to have a chat with pomfrey, and then going back to the dorms to listen to music with the marauders while he conspires a plan on how to sneak out to the astronomy tower to meet up with regulus and pandora later.
