Mai, der ein Feiertag anlässlich der Befreiung der deutschen Vernichtungslager durch die Alliierten sein sollte, poste ich 3 Bilder vom Vernichtungslager Neuengamme, an dem meine Frau und ich im Gedenken an die Opfer der unvorstellbaren Greueltaten unserer nationalsozialistischen Großeltern letztes Wochenende Blumen niederlegten. Die Überlebende und Zeitzeugin Esther Bejarano hatte dazu aufgerufen und gebeten, ihre Petition für einen deutschen Feiertag am 8. Mai zu unterschreiben:

Abstraktionistische(c) Idee für HamburgerInnen zur reaktionären Ehren-Rettung des Hamburger Michel(hihi) als Wahrzeichen Hamburgs (ist aktuell die Elbphilharmonie, genannt Elphie) :
Am Todestag von Helmut Schmidt(keine Ahnung, wann das noch war) werden nach Katastrophen-Sirenenalarm Riesenflummis(ca.Handballgrösse, Anzahl 10 entspricht den Baujahren der Elbphilharmonie) vom Michel in die Innenstadt geworfen. Die gewarnte Öffentlichkeit wird sich an diesem Tag freiwillig in der Innenstadt versammeln und eine Jagd auf die Flummies veranstalten. Die verursachten Schäden werden live dokumentiert und vom Sponsor,z.B. einer namhaften Versicherung) behoben bzw.erstattet. Die Geschädigten erhalten Freikarten für die Elbphilharmonie und müssen die Flummies als Eintrittskarte vorzeigen. Chronisch durch die Einwirkung der Flummies Geschädigte, z.B. Behinderte erhalten Dauerkarten.
Ich stelle diese Idee exklusiv der DIE PARTEI zum hamburger Bundestagstagswahlkampf zur VerfĂĽgung.

Idee für eine Petition gegen Verschwörungstheorien : Ernennung eines internationalen Namenstages für die Apokalypse / den Weltuntergang. An diesem Tag sollen alle Radiosender 24h Nonstop das Ohrwurm-Rockpopmusikstück "The Final Countdown" spielen. (Ich bin mir sicher, dass das alle VerschwörungstheoretikerInnen gern hören.)

Hey Everybody! I hope everyone had a great weekend and is enjoying the super bowl. We have almost made it to the second milestone for this petition. Let’s keep up the momentum. Animation is a labor. It’s tedious on the body and takes up a lot of physical time, it’s a skill that takes years to perfect into the industry standard, in an industry that’s constantly changing. Artist should be paid fairly and treated fairly.
Artists shouldn’t have to worry about injuring their bodies due to time constraints and impossible amounts of work, for a wage that doesn’t bring food on the table or medical care in the long run. Art is created in stable environments.
