A ghostly version of the Luna moth who is usually a vibrant green. Their most commonly found in North America from east of the Great Plains in the United States to Florida and Maine. They can even be found in Canada and rarely found in Western Europe. The Luna Moth first appeared on a first class United States postage stamp issued on June 1987 it’s the only moth to be honored in a postage stamp alongside many butterfly stamps.

discovered this antique store that sold a whole bunch of stamp material! mostly stamp packs but there were some really cool foreign postmarked singles that i picked up as well.
