Day 8 (only one day late!) of my Women’s History Month art challenge

I’ve never really tried to draw a game-accurate detailed GLaDOS before, and I’m not sure I want to do it again 😭 there’s so many little parts and I feel like a lot of them are at wonky angles (If you see something that looks off, no you don’t).

Anyways! I love GLaDOS, she’s a very unique character and basically every line she says is pure gold. I need to play portal 2 again sometime soon.

Also, bonus PotatOS art!! I’m sure if/when I play portal again I’ll be drawing her and my other core designs a ton, but until then, here she is :]

She walks all big and tough but her legs are so small that she does not move very fast.

I did the bottom sketch of this part first and then ended up also making an animatic of it :]

I imagine that Wheatley put her in a potato like normal, but then while down in old Aperture Chell finds an unused core body and sticks GLaDOS in it.

For height reference: she is very small. Smaller than Space core. Tiny, tiny little robot potato lady. Who is full of hate.

Does anyone like. Repeat random shit as an answer to a question for no reason?

I’ll get asked something and I don’t know the answer or don’t want to and instead of a coherent sentence I’ll just say “Potato.”

Or like in my head i’ll be gaming and my brain just goes in like a dramatic voice “I shall eat one Potato.”
